    I ordered $300 plus in arp bolts on August 10, 2021... Have tried numerous times to contact them by email to no avail.. It is now October 2022.. It has been over a year.. I have been patient enough and this is just ridiculous...

    Hello ******,

     

    Most of what you ordered was on backorder when you placed the order and it appears that it still is. You would have seen "Available on backorder" in bold blue letters directly above the Add To Cart button. Unfortunately, ARP has been slow to catch up on backordered bolt manufacturing since reopening after the shut downs. We have been getting small quantities of backordered bolt sizes to fullfill orders as we get them. If you'd prefer, we will gladly cancel and refund your entire order.

    The order (#*****) was placed on July 8th 2021 for $376 US, 2 months past with no movement on the order. I wrote an email asking what was happening with the order and received no response. After a few more months I wrote another email and received no response again, and another , and another and so on. finally I wrote a ****** review calling them out for not completing orders, taking peoples money and not providing the product or any kind of communication with the customer as to why. **** ********************** wrote a response to the review saying that times are tough for everyone and its their suppliers fault but I just need to be patient. 13 months is not a reasonable time to wait for something that you have paid for with out any offer to return your money. judging by the long list of complaints with the BBB and ******* this happens often. I want my money back and I will take my business elsewhere.

    You ordered parts that were on backorder. Most of these are still on backorder with the manufacturer. You were offered a cancellation/refund on 8/4/22. Your order has now been cancelled and refunded.

     

    PS. We believe the BBB is an organization that extorts businesses to receive better ratings. We refuse to pay $500+ to the BBB to automatically receive a better rating. Although it's kind of gangster of them to pose as a legit organization, we won't be extorted.

    On March 28,2020 I ordered a custom audio motorcycle fairing for $2,086.62 from **** Elite. After placing the order and requesting an ETA on the delivery date I was advised there was a 4 week lead time on the order. On 5/3/20 I was advised my order would ship sometime in the coming week. Between 5/10/20 and 3/31/21 I have sent 15 emails requesting a status update on my order with absolutely no response form the company. I have called the business almost weekly and noone ever answers the phone and the phone system states the voicemail box is full so you cannot leave a message. I worked with a law firm local to Orange County to issue a Demand Letter and there was zero response from that. This company clearly does not value it's customer's nor is customer service anywhere near a priority. The fact they have blatantly disregarded all of my contact attempts since May of 2020 (over two years ago) and have no way to contact them other than telephone (which is never answered) is unacceptable. I beg you all to spread the word about this company because they will continue to steal from people until they are stopped.

    Placed order on 1/2/21, tried emailing multiple times as well as calling and never a response. Purchase was in the amount of $373.43 and no items were received. Purchase was for ARP hardware kits.

    Refund has been issued. You should have seen when ordering these ARP bolt kits that they were on backorder. This information is available on the product page prior to ordering. It is in bold blue letters directly above the Add To Cart button. We do what we can to inform you of backorders prior to you ordering.

      Further more when I placed the order it showed to be in stock which was the reason I ordered from your company as yall were the only ones that had it in stock. It took two weeks after payment for confirmation that anything was being shipped
