After 3 months of ownership, the truck i had purchased now has expired registration and when called on it a week before the registration expired, ***** had told me that there was an error in the paperwork, and my plates will ship and be in within **** business days. After waiting 2 weeks and my plates never shipping in, I call back to see whats going on. **** tells me that my paperwork is in limbo, because the vehicle was originally a CA vehicle, moved to NV for 2-3 years, and now he is trying to register it in the *********** again.I call the *** and ask what the hold up is. The *** has told me that there is an outstanding fee. I call ****, and he has told me that all fees have been paid. I ask for an extension on my temporary registration, **** refuses and is unwilling to help any further, failing to provide me any form of receipts, or paperwork showing that all *** fees had been paid.I now have an unregistered truck with the ***********, and **** tells me "don't worry about your expired plates, its all the states fault for the delay in the registration process."While the customer service was great the day of the initial transaction, the lack of commitment and working with the customer after the purchase is appalling. The most i could get out of **** was a reprint of my expired temporary license plate. He is unwilling to provide any documentation proving that all fees had been paid, and unwilling to pay the receipt that the *** had given me personally when i had gone to the *** to see what is going on with my registration.This is going to drag on. I just want this over with.

This ************* sure knows how to sell a car and lie to get the sale. We went in looking for a 4X4 truck and ended up making the purchase. We asked him about the return requirements if we were not happy and he told us it could be returned but there would be a $750.00 restocking charge if it was brought back the next day. We called early the next morning and advised the person who answered the phone that we were going to bring the truck back and we would accept the restocking charge because the truck just wouldn't be economical. We immediately received a call back from *** the owner who advised us that they already sent the information to the *** and we could NOT bring the truck back! We were sure to ask him about the return policy before the purchase commitment, and he COMPLETELY LIED TO US!!!! STAY AWAY FROM AUTOSENSE!!!
