    Soundz Good Stereo in oxnard Did some wrapping job On my 2022 honda civic They promised me It will last from. 6/7 years Is been 2 weeks and is already Coming off I try calling them And I also when to the bussines And I was kicked out from bussines From the manager name M***** Just because am a women it doesn't give them the right to treat me like that Am requesting my money back Cause I don't trust to leave my car with them anymore

    I attempted to call the customer to see what is going on and how we can address her problem but no answer. We were never called about the issue after she left the last time.  First and foremost, we guarantee ALL our work. Based on the pictures the little bubble could of been fixed in minutes but due to it being pulled back in the second picture, we will need to replace that strip. Secondly, we do not treat men or women any different. We have women staff and definitely do not discriminate race or gender. The customer came in, made a purchase for the vinyl stripes and was scheduled to come in. Second visit we installed the stripes and she left. Based on our information she called to schedule other work but didn't like that she has to drop off her vehicle first thing when we open, at 9am. She had requested to talk to the manager M*****, which he accommodate her appointment. Our store policy is drop off at 9am and we will call you when the vehicle is ready, this way the job is not rushed. That visit she brought her own spoiler to be installed and was quoted 1 hour of labor. Two hours in, after taking the vehicle apart the tech decided he did not want to move forward due to the panels being siliconed to the rear window and having rivets there was a chance of the glass or panels breaking. The spoiler did not have any information to reference. M***** the manager showed the customer and tried to explain to her that it will not work but that is when she became disrespectful, that the managers sorry did not do anything and we wasted her time. We have a zero tolerance to any customer who is disrespectful or uses foul language towards our employees. She was asked to leave and was not charged. Our store has a reputation for our customer service and how well we treat our customers. We take our reputation serious and do not accept any false accusations. If anyone gets out of line we ask them to leave.

    We have a business to run and guarantee our work. There will not be any refund. We will be happy to schedule an appointment to fix the vinyl. To avoid any confrontation with her, her husband or anyone else can bring her vehicle in and be assured her car is safe and will be treated right. We have cameras and long term employees who are trusted to take care of our work. We hope to move forward and resolve the matter for the customer.     I am rejecting this response because:

    I don't trust this bussines anymore, You can said whatever it's ok with me I know  What I went through with them

    Specially with the manager M*****

    And there is no way I will leave my car with them again 

    And if they said they called me is a lie

    I haven't get a single call from this business
