    My experience with this company has not been good. My order came missing three items. I have contacted this business several times but email with no response. I just want the items I purchased or a refund but can't get a response. The only email I received was a automated one, never a email from a actual person trying to help me with my order issue.

    I've been a fan for years, but not after this last holiday cycle. I ordered around Black Friday. I ordered around 30 items, and my order sheet was two pages long. When I reviewed the box, it looked small and light. They only pa ked the forst order sheet, not the second. There was no checker number listed in the appropriate box. I immediately contacted then and let then know. They asked if I wanted a refund or replacement and I asked for a replacement. They could replace everything but a single palette. I am not sure how, since I bought it and it was not lost m, unless they sold stock they didn't have. I told then okay, and they refunded the palette. They then made a shipping label. Roughly 5 days later, they contact me again that the second most m expensive item I bought was out of stock and they've refunded me. Again, I do not know how. It's been two weeks since I contacted them about the missing pieces, so they must have sold stock or fixed other orders when they didn't have enough product. I asked for a coupon so I could get the item for the sake price in the future, or for free shipping since they have a minimum and reordering my one missing item would not reach the minimum. They told me no, and thanked me for understanding. I do not understand how a company can fail to send an order then run out of stock and take no accountability for it - and I'm clearly not the only ones they are doing it to. There are much better, smaller businesses that will admit when they mess up - this company is not one.

    Had an item missing from my order. Contacted Colourpop by email twice with evidsenc of missing item - no response. Contacted their instagram and they actually LEFT ME ON READ after promising to get back to me “soon”. Been left on ready for over a day and it’s been over a week of me attempting to contact them several times a day. I’m in Canada so not much else I can do besides a chargeback from my credit card. All this over an item worth roughly $10 CAD. Insanity.

    Ordered from ColourPop, never received my order. Tracking states on 9/5/24 out for deliver, 9/6/24 awaiting delivery and it hasn't changed. Something seems very wrong with this company and the USPS. Emailed ColourPop, no one responds. This use to once be a decent company but I find this is no longer true. Stay away and warn others to stay away. I am now trying to get my refund through PayPal. Wish me luck.

    Company customer service is terrible. I did not receive the products, they were never delivered. Reached out kindly and was told they don’t have a refund or return policy and to “wait” it out. Well I never received the package so let them know. That’s when they said they can’t do anything about it and will send the package even though it never arrived! So not worth buying from this company site — if they never even send you the product you paid for. Still have yet to receive the products I’ve already paid for.

    I ordered, paid, waited. Nothing arrived. When I reached out to CP for a refund as I had to purchase the items elsewhere for an event… this was the response from “M******”: “Hello, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience regarding your order. Our management team has reviewed your request and have given approval to issue a refund as a one time courtesy.” A courtesy… to correct a wrong on behalf of YOUR company.. that does not make sense nor is it necessary to say that to a paying customer over an issue that was out of their control. I sent the following response to various administrators to advise them of the poor service being provided: Excuse you? Is this a serious and well thought out response to a customer seeking help due to an error on behalf of colour pop…. One time courtesy…. Following an error done by the fulfillment team of the shipping company selected BY colour pop. Thank you for the refund for the products I never received. It seems only fair but to mention “one time courtesy” is ridiculous. If colour pop messes up, it’s a given that the issue should be corrected. Especially when the products never arrived and the money was paid. Thank you for correcting what is a clearly a theft if this is how colour pop wants to address the situation, then if there is another mistake I would not be refunded? The customer has to pay and suffer for something out of their control? If you consider correcting an error that could be labeled as a theft due to lack of product after payment.. that is nonsensical, rude, and unprofessional. Do not worry about any further “courtesies” in order to remedy situations where the customer is not satisfied or did not receive what they paid for, as I will not be supporting a company who has the audacity to respond this to a customer who was patient, waited until the day to verify lack of receipt, AND spent the time to review ring camera footage and check door to door while asking my neighbors. Miranda needs to be retained.

    Placed order on their web site 06/02/2024 for the sum of $86.36, which they immediately charged to my credit card. Web site stated that confirmation number would be sent by email. Never received confirmation email. Despite several emails to company, I receive the same response "we will get back to you in 5-7 workdays". Beginning to think either this company is a scam or doesn't actually exist.

    Allergic reaction 1st time ever to makeup. I’m 47 and I unfortunately bought 6 colors for my eyes. It made my eyes swollen, red, dry as a bone and flakey. I let it clear up, wore it again yesterday, and my eyes are currently half shut, red, and swollen. No I don’t wear any makeup to bed. Do Not Buy.
