    Response to Customer Complaint;
    1. First of all we're not "crook people" as Mr. 18036610 accuses us of being. He took out a home improvement loan for $25K on 04/23/2002 at 11.99%. Copy enclosed.

    2. He did make payments to Old Republic Credit Services from 2002 to 2009, problem is he didn't make his payment every month. Copy of pay history enclosed.

    3. In 2003 he made II payments, 2004 he made 9 payments, 2005 he made 12 payments, 2006 he made 10 payments, 2007 he made 13 payments, 2008 he made 6 payments and 2009 he made 6 payments and in       2010 he made one payment.

    4. Claims he paid over $40, 000 through 2009, actually paid $22,796.64 and $2600 to Interstate so far.

    5. Claims Old Republic offered him a short payoff of $5,000 on a loan that as of 04119/2019 he owed over $47K on, which is true as long as it was received by 05113/2019. Copy of offer letter enclosed.

    6. Short payoff was never received, claims he forwarded $3500, copy of check is enclosed but dated 10116/2019 and never received by Old Republic. Was told by the Post Office his letter was lost in the mail.

    7. Claims that we offered a payment plan for $100.00/month, completely true. We dropped his interest rate to 5.00% and the $1 OO.OO/month was, he said, all he could afford.

    8. Claims that Old Republic was over charging him, in fact they were charging him exactly what he signed for on the contract.

    9. The loan has matured which we have offered to modify, fact is he never contacts to talk about a modification just keeps complaining about what is owed after missing almost 10 years of payments.

    10. Says he was never contacted, received a monthly statement from both Old Republic and Interstate he chose not to do anything about it.
