    My husband and I hired Rojas photography as our wedding photographer. We paid them $2799 dollars. Photographer requested full payment 2 months prior to our wedding. We paid them un full. Our wedding was July 27, 2024 and as of today our photographer refuses to respond back to us. We have not seen one single pic and I have tried to contact them through email, text, social media. I dont know what else to do or how to get a response from the on when we will get our photos. I see the owner posting that she is booking new sessions and continues to book new sessions while not providing complete service. I found out im not the one they have not completed their job with. I ask assistance please.

    I received the email attached from the photographer today. Stating my Gallery is completed but we have yet to receive the link to our gallery. We never got any correspondence stating they had emailed the sneak peek and I checked my entire email and did not get an email. I requested that the photographer refund us for the photobook that was included in our package as we know they wont be giving us one. I want to end all communication with them once our gallery is received. This is very unprofessional and I got in touch with other clients of them who also stated their work was not done completely and photographer was non responding. 

    photographer mentioned they couldn’t get us our gallery delivered because of a personal issue but this doesn’t make sense when they continued to book and shoot more photos. I have more screenshots of them traveling to Mexico for a wedding. I just want them to give us our gallery. They promised an 8 week turnaround time and its now been 24 weeks.

    I hired Rojas photography to take my college graduation pictures. I paid them $275.00 on 03/10/2024 and I was told I was to get my photos before June and I have not received them. I have called Rojas photography several times along with text messages. I have yet to hear from them and I have not received my photographs. I would like for my photos to be sent asap. Thank you

    I wanted to file a complaint for Rojas photography.They were contracted for our wedding on October 29th,2022 for purely photography. We paid them 2,950 for the full day of photography.Their contract stated that they would have our photos in 8-12 weeks and sneak peeks in 72 hours.They have surpassed their timeline and it is now currently 34 weeks since our wedding date and we have not received sneak peeks or our photos. We have tried to contact them via email, text message, phone calls, and Instagram message. We have only received one response on April 21,2023 stating our photos would be done that week. They were not done and we reached out multiple times after that with no response or update on when our photographs would be done. I have attached all of the conversations my wife and I have had with the photographers. We want to request a full refund and our raw wedding photos. This has been escalated due to them not responding back to my wife and while they keep posting on their business Instagram page stating that they have responded to all their clients. While also posting photos of current weddings that they have done. I have attached the contract as well as the receipts.
