    I would caution doing business with them. Bad communication, you could wait up to a month to two months on warranty parts for the pool filter. They did not schedule a service tech for me when the parts did arrive. I had to go to my local Pool store and ask for one of their service tech to back charge them for the for the work through the GM. In the meantime, the pool turned green which took me $100 to reverse. Stick with somebody local.

    There team is unhelpful and simply doesn't care. I have reached out again, and again and again. They lose numbers, they "forget" to call back and simply uncaring for all the conversations I have had with their warranty team. A 1 week issue is now on week 3 and they just say, "I understand, we will get back soon."

    I have had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with the purchase of an Iron Might Pump from Water Way. The issues I encountered have been numerous and have left me with an unusable product, coupled with an unhelpful and evasive customer service response. The primary concerns are as follows: Lack of Instructions: Upon receiving the Iron Might Pump, it became immediately apparent that the product was devoid of any instructions. I attempted to find guidance online, only to discover that the available instructions were outdated and did not correspond to the model I had purchased. Unhelpful Customer Service: Upon contacting Water Way for assistance, I encountered an uncooperative and unhelpful customer service representative. Despite my attempts to seek clarification and guidance, the representative consistently left me on hold for extended periods and failed to provide any meaningful assistance. Refusal to Address Concerns: When I pressed the representative about the discrepancies in the instructions and sought clarification on the diagram available on their website, I was met with a refusal to address my concerns. The representative insisted on redirecting me to the product manufacturer, despite the fact that Water Way is purportedly the manufacturer of the Iron Might Pump. Recommendation to Hire an Electrician: Shockingly, when I sought assistance in understanding the product from the company, I was advised to hire an electrician to figure it out. This response is not only unacceptable but also reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I then hired an electrician which cost me a $59 "Trip Charge". The electrician asked me for the instructions. There were none. He looked at the online instructions and advised they were not compatible. Given the lack of proper instructions and the unhelpful responses, the Iron Might Pump remains unusable. The company has refused to take responsibility or make any effort to rectify the situation.

    Knowingly selling junk products. Their Pool cartridge filters all have the same manufacturer defect where it cracks at the bottom of the tank, after exactly 3 years post install. Warranty is below average at 2 years because they know their product is junk. Other online reviews show the exact same problem. Manufacturer blames the installer, installer blames the manufacturer. Reaching out to a few attorneys I know, I suggest everyone do the same.

    This company sold me a Pump Trap Assembly, 1.5" x 2" which had fittings that fit nothing in home depot, lowes or ace. Worthless and they will not answer the phone. Order Number 33067038
