If I could give a zero I would. The knee compression sleeve is decent. I ordered 2. You see on ******** multiple of the exact knee brace just this has fitnus sewn on it. They just took $26.70 out of my bank. I called customer service. Horrible experience. 1st of sound like a hack out of someone's garage. She tried to say I signed up for a subscription of supplements when I ordered my knee sleeves. I did no such thing. I told her I want a refund I don't want no ******** supplements. Her response is I could refuse the package that is supposed to be here in 5 days. That is the only way to get a refund. I will be out of town. This company is trash

I got the new Fitnus 2.0. It doesn't keep its charge, the steps counted are wildly inaccurate as is the blood pressure reading (I understand that it's not an exact reading, but a forty point difference?). The weather continues to switch from fahrenhiet to centigrade. When I asked for a new watch (not a refund, just wanted to see if my current watch was faulty), they waited until after the 30 day ***** period and sent a 'sorry, too late' email. *******. Scam.

I ordered the neurostim. Seems to work ok but not fir too long. Also their shipping was weird issue. They give you a tracking link. I then got a scam reply that i didnt recognize as scam delaying redelivery for address error it Said and wanted 30 cents. Used a cc and when failed a debit which both failed. Both cards then had charges from ****** which my bank denied and I'm in process of getting new cards. So did fitnus have something to do w this scam? I know it wasn't *****

This Company has pathetic business practices. Without my knowledge or acceptance they set up a monthly subscription mailing me things I never ordered and do not want. They also charged my credit card that they had on file. Previously I ordered a one size fits all knee brace for my wife. The knee brace would not stay on my wifes knee. I returned it at my expense. Thereafter the automatic mailings. Do not buy from this company. They cannot be trusted. The business practices are a ripoff and probably illegal.

Ordered smart watches three weeks ago. Not a word even after contacting the company..

THE SLEEVES ARE HELPING ME. I read all the earlier comments. My right kneecap has been slightly sore for about 3 weeks. Now I wear two sleeves, seem to fit ********* directions or size info. I called customer service and they quickly answered and young man was helpful. Said they will in 4-6 months come out with sized versions. I suggested putting a cord strap "ring" on top left and right to help older people pull them up. My only problem is my right leg must be smaller even though I am right-handed. So, after 3-4 hours of working, walking right leg's sleeve slides down so donut hole that should be around the kneecap is low and center of knee is now aligned with the protruding top of the donut ring and that can make knee sore. Company is not a scam, but there are many out there including some that take you from FITNUS site to alternative site that is not them! ******* IN *******

False and misleading advertising. Perhaps the very worse pile of lies I have even seen in or on any type of media source. Below are the statements followed by an elaborate story of lies."He Thought This Grandmother Was an Easy Target. She Scared Him Away Thanks To This Device." The problem here is in the advertising that is nothing but a pile of lies. With that, my advice to anyone is, if they will lie to sell something, then walk the other way.

Less than a one. This company uses fraudulent tactics to get customers to order products, charge customers and never provide said products. Buyer be ware!!!!! Never provide Credit Card information!!!!!

I inadvertently ordered two sets of two fitnus e-watches and am trying to find the address to return at least one set of two. I was offered a 50% reduction in Price but what am I, a 77 year old, going to do with four watches? My email requests have been ignored. *******************

Ordered 2 knee braces and never received them. I just want my money back. I guess I should look at comment before I order from a company.
