Took an active duty military families extremely hard earned money (cash), and 90+ days later we still have no title and a COMPLETE LEMON for a vehicle. He refuses to take the vehicle back or work with us in any fashion. As a local luxury real estate agent I would highly recommend not doing business with this establishment after our debilitating experience.

I needed to apply for a personal loan because the car is old ( 2000) the banks wont finance a car that old, now I understand why. Been looking for a car for sometime online unable to travel to the dealership I reached out by phone and email, also by texting after reviewing several dealerships who sells *** Z3 cars with lesser mileage in order for the car to last a little longer than expected. Desert auto dealership became my primary place to purchase the car . After getting the personal loan I got the check by the bank and mailed it to the dealership , prior of this asked several questions many times to the assistant manager Sr ******** in which he affirmed that the car was in excellent condition smog done in 01..16.2024 .the last battery was purchased on *******. How a car in excellent condition could be silent? Today 09.10.2024 the car didnt started after my neighbors came to the rescue offering gasoline and recharging the battery. The car was delivered on 09.06.2024 . After more than a month I paid $515.00 for the movers to bring it home in *******************. The assistant advertised the car for $450 online jumped and mentioned to Sr ******** what happened with the $515 dls ? Why you are advertising for $450? Not wonder why the car is sitting in palm deser dealership after the fact finally got the to be delivered. Sadly so many mishaps, mishandled items in the car in need of repair in order to be silenced. I am going to take the car to the *** shop near me 29 miles from me to diagnose the issue. I am very disappointed got scammed,lied and take for granted when in order dealerships same car price is lesser with same mileage or less.

I'll tell you what I know...************ is a cheat! I went to look at what appeared to be a clean beautiful car, advertised on-line, through *********** The beautiful buildings, scenery and palm trees in the background convinced me that this was a lengthy trip worth making to see the car. Imagine my disappointment and utter shock when I saw the car in person. It was parked in a run down industrial type complex. Avi was no where to be found, even though he told me he would be there to meet me. The car was definitely water damaged at one point. The odometer reading which was relatively low for the age of the car did not correspond with the horrendous wear & tear throughout the interior and under the hood of the vehicle. I know nothing much about cars but I do know, the vehicle was NOT at all as advertised.

************ owns this dealership. In a nutshell, it's about fraud. They are in concert with Sports Cars Garage because they will not allow you to take the car elsewhere to be test-checked. Sports Car Garage will tell you there are no fault codes and the car is mechanically sound. After you purchase the vehicle based upon Sports Cars Garage findings and then you take it to your mechanic (I live 120 miles from the dealership), you will find out that you just purchased a vehicle that is unsafe to drive unless you want to spend well north of 10k to fix the car you just bought.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. THEY ARE SHADY AND SELLING LEMONS AT TOP DOLLAR. I was considering purchasing one of their cars. I took it to the mechanic and the mechanic told me it was a lemon and that repairs would cost $5,000. I asked Desert Auto Dealer to repair the issues or credit me for the repairs and they refused. Avi lied and said that the mechanic only "recommended" that the issues be fixed, but nowhere on the mechanic's print out did the mechanic "Recommend" anything--they told me it was an outright lemon. Also, on another note, Avi treats his employee like garbage. This is just indicative of the business. I WOULD BYPASS THIS DEALER AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The cars are shiny outside, but NOT INSIDE.
