    So far Wonder Dog management has been a tremendous letdown, I have no idea how this s***** business is still profitable and up and running. They recently took ownership of the Celebration Apartments in ********** and they have been by far the worst owners these apartments have ever seen. *** tried to get in contact with someone at Wonder Dog; *** left voicemails and sent a couple of emails and still havent got a response back, so that goes to show you how much they care about their tenants which is ZERO. Our laundry mat doesnt work at all we all have to go somewhere else to do laundry, we have tweakers that sleep and do drugs in the back of the apartments, garbage everywhere thats cleaned once a month or not at all, and we are also never informed about repairs or water shutoffs taking place its always a last-minute email or text message. Hopefully, this review finds its way to someone at Wonder Dog who actually has value or importance, because it seems like everyone working there is just there for their paycheck. YOU HAVE ONE JOB WHICH IS TO MANAGE SO MANAGE!!!!

    Wonder Dog Management took over the property management of my complex in Portland several months ago and have been sorely incompetent since. Forget the ever-screaming fire alarm in the lobby, the perpetually stolen packages, the inconsiderate and untimely building maintenance and visits... they also never return calls and their response times are infuriating. My original lease term ended in August and in the weeks leading up to my end date, I called the office no less than 3 times to request that someone contacting me about the process of renewing my lease as a month-to-month agreement. I never received a return call - what did I get? An automated message from the office stating that they'd be showing my unit THAT DAY despite the fact I had not given any sort of notice to vacate. They ultimately claimed this was an error and apologized. Since they still had not returned my call, I found an old email from the property manager and replied to that - some 48-60 hours later, he finally responded to let me know when to expect my updated lease agreement. Fast forward to this past week and I discovered they had erroneously charged me an extra $1,370 for rent, which is appearing as a credit on my account. Nothing in my autopay settings or account indicates this was my error. I've now called the office twice and they have not answered and have not bothered to call me back. This company should be avoided like the plague.

We’ve ordered the tool that is needed to correct the issue, however there are extreme supply chain shortages so we are still waiting for it to come in. We assure you that it will be installed just as soon as it’s received. We are in the process of hiring a new maintenance team member, and apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced as a result of us being short staffed.
