Our business utilized them for reputation management. We found their results lacking, but that was not the issue. We requested information on canceling the contract over two weeks ago. Eight emails later and five phone calls and every point of contact I have with the company is ignoring me. It has gotten to the point where I believe they are intentionally ignoring me, and we may have to take further action.Review from bruce l

same thing is occuring to me:shame on me for not picking up on their shady practices but now they still wont' get on phone or reply to my emails.. im filing complaint with the ************************. I do think their billing practices are illegal however i'll let the federal govt dictate that.Stay away from them. use ****** reviews.. you don't need them.Review from John B

Rip off! Bullied me to pay $400 a month with the same traction i have from social media and was veryyyyy hard to cancel contract. I literally had to close business to get out. RIP OFF!!!!!!!Review from Olivia S

Birdeye has done wonders for my clients! We see results within a day or two usually. Gaining reviews has never been so easy. The system is easy to use and rarely do we have any issues arise.
