  I bought a vehicle at PAC auto and I got it on June 14, 2023. They sold it to me I financed with Credit Acceptance and I paid 2400 for down payment. Then I went ahead and started having issues with the vehicle two weeks after I got the vehicle and Ive been taking it back-and-forth to the shop where I purchased the vehicle at and now they are trying to say that its my fault that the vehicle is not working that it needs the new motor that someone put hands on the vehicle when the only people that have worked on, my vehicle has been them pack auto and I want my refund back of my vehicle or get me a new vehicle and theyre not trying to work with me at all. I need your help ASAP please thank you.

  When I purchased a vehicle from PAC Auto, I also purchased and paid for an extended warranty. Pac Auto did not forward that payment to Value Guard+. My vehicle is now sitting at Turlock Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram waiting to be repaired. Repairs cannot move forward until the premium is paid. I have asked PAC Auto to please pay the company and my requests have gone largely ignored.

  9/3/21 purchased a car and gave a down payment. I have been making all my payments. I have not received my registration nor plates for my car. On 8/2/22 My car was towed due to parking in a no parking zone, which also added to no tags and wrong plates. I was not able to get my car out of the towing yard because it's not registered under my name. I"ve had this car 9 months and PAC gives me the run around. They said the car is registered under my name. I call the towing company so I can go pay the fees and to pick up my car and they said the car is under someone else name and its vin# and plates dont match. The police also confirmed the same thing. The towing company said I can go pay the fees but I can not take the car because it's not registered to me. I called the finance company and they said that the title company is looking into it because some things dont seem right. There is certain things not matching up and they are investigating it. They also confirmed that I dont show as the registered owner nor does the plate and vin# match. PAC wants me to pay them the fees for the towing and storage and to pay them money owed on the car. They said the car has been registered under my name and he showed me quickly a paper dated Feb 2022 but I couldnt read it. On 8/22/22 I called the Police Dept and they told me that the car was not registered under my name and that the plates are the wrong plates to that vehicle when they picked it up. The car was just registered on 8/16 under my name which is the day that PAC went to pick up the car from the towing. I believe some false documentation is being done by them. They are stating things are done months before but yet the Police Station, the title company, finance dept and towing yard all said the same thing about me car. I told the fiance company that I want out of the contract because I dont want to be involved in anything illegal. they asked that I give them a few days to look into this a bit more with their investigator
