            My 18 year female daughter is across country serving our country in the military.She went to Value Cars CA. to look at a sports car she was drawn to.Thats where everything went wrong.She was sold a car atleast $6000 over value according to *************** book(a brand new one is the same price).They had her sign the contract before consulting anyone, or seeing how much her insurance was.Her insurance was $500!They know a young driver with a sports car is going to have high insurance!They made sure she signed before discussing these impactful decisions.They did not detail the car inside or out & handed her $20 for gas!Once she washed it, she noticed many scratches, tail light damage that is concern for an accident & dry rotted cracked tires!There is no spare,so God for bid nothing happens while she's driving it with those cracked tires! She called family once she signed & the sales person rushed her call, her being kind & overwhelmed did not want to upset them ended our conversation! They never offered her a 2-day contract cancellation option agreement which I read is to be offered. She attempted to return it after 2 days and they refused.They took advantage of her! I am concerned for her safety with 2020 dry rot tires, driving on highways and now the car's check engine light came on!They completed the minimum carfax for $45,they didnt even purchase the best carfax! I called the sales manager after she bought the car, he promised me the mechanic would walk the car & look it over, when she arrived they told her to bring it back another day!There is another female complaint on BBB from this company, seems to be their trend to take advantage of young females that have no knowledge of cars & need a vehicle.That is very unprofessional & should be corrected.They are playing games & did not provide respectful, professional, quality customer *************** to my daughter.She now has a check engine light on this lemon ********** of this should be occuring if they were reputable.
