Scam! After several purchase from the site, I found its very difficult to submit a payout. They set up a lot of password to let you feel frustrated, and after you clear all the setup they rejected payout through ****** or check. **************** ask me to submit all the tracking information, proof of purchase which it shows number on their site. Would give zero starts if I could. Made a purchase through the portal, the website did not recognize that I did. Submitted a "missing cash back claim", was told it wasn't submitted correctly, did it about three more times after getting unhelpful messages from "customer service" associates. Months later, finally got the request "submitted", but still says "in review" months later. Seems like a total scam - don't anticipate ever seeing my cash back. I have the same experience. I made a large purchase through *********** on Sept 14 and couldn't submit a missing claim till this day, only to get the message "Missing Cash Back claim submission is not required for this order. Please allow some time for merchant to process the data." And the website says it should take only 7 days. And there is no customer service. I don't trust this site anymore.GoCashBack.com Response

This company does not pay you and does not support missing cashback claims. I made two purchases on the same website via two different cashback websites; one paid the next day, but the purchase via GoCashBack simply disappeared. I then noticed that all my previous purchases via GoCashBack were not tracked. Their customer support even questioned me about not using their portal, which I did.GoCashBack.com Response

This site is definitely a scam. Avoid giving them any information about you, your logins, the access to your browser. I wish I was able to read a warning before signing up, so I hope my review can help others. Would gladly leave a negative star rating if it was an option.GoCashBack.com Response

We are not a scam and we make sure that we provide an excellent service to all of our users, our platform provide cashback for those users who are actively using their accounts and made orders in the system. This website is a TOTAL SCAM! Like the other reviewer said, they do not give you cashback at all. I have racked up almost $45 in cashback and they keep saying that I need to get my account verified. No one responds to you to actually "verify" your account. Then if they do respond they say the store won't accept it - that is BULL!I have used various cashback sites and they all work and redeem. I can't redeem to paypal, a bank or to a gift card as they allege.I am unsure why they are running the website. I assume they get the kickback from the store on both sides - as a cashback site and as the customer so they are the only ones making money on this.STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!!!!GoCashBack.com Response

SCAM !!! Please beware of this company, do not do business with them. Their CSR are horrible, they won't help you, nothing will be resolved. They will trick you into clicking on their website using BIG NUMBER on the percentage for cash back but will not honor the price when you have issues, and they will keep pushing the ball to vendors, claiming its not their discretion. My suggestion is to contact the vendor directly for discount/cash back instead of going through GCB, nothing but a big hassle for you to deal with, 0 star if i could.
