    The problems with this organization are many, but first lets start off with their one sided communication problems and when something doesnt go the way they want it to the level of their liking, they blame the patient (the paying consumer) instead of finding proactive ways to serve the patient with the money they make to service us. The vice president ******* ********* was actually very rude in a masked sort of way with an added touch of sophistry. She also gave her opinion of me by defining me, We understand how important this service is to you. When you have physical sickness that has put you in the hospital multiple times, of course getting home health is important. Of course, they conveniently forget this. When I told this woman that I would give her one last and final chance to recur all that she and her organization has done, she continued to dear ear me, pretends to acknowledge but then her/their actions of course do not match their words. This group also lacks transparency. When you ask to speak to the managers, human resource department, etc., they refuse to give the contact information and instead just give out the general info email and they refuse to provide you the extensions to the persons needed to speak to to get the services you pay for. The vice president + upper management are responsible for dictating the tone for their organization and this vice presidents attitude definitely reflect in her employees. Abusive/Neglectful: Because my boundaries have not been respected by this organization, unique home health, and they have also badmouthed me amongst themselves and other organizations when I be done nothing wrong, I am not going to continue any longer to make more efforts to use their services anymore. This group has yet to learn cause and effect. Thankfully, we can use other home health services.
