    My wife leased an **** etron-GT in 2024. We were never given a portable charger because we were given an Electrify America wall mounted charger. A few weeks ago the charger died on us and we tried to get it replaced with no success. We called the dealership where we leased the car from - Pasadena **** - and another dealer in ****************, and explained the situation. The dealerships told us we should call ********* America to have the charger replaced.The first time I called Electrify America was on Jan08/2025. They walked me through some troubleshooting steps - unplug and replug the charger from the wall socket, andalso turn the breaker off and on again - neither of which helped. Finally I was told I should find an electrician to investigate the issue, which I did. The electrician found nothing wrong with the electrical socket, or the breakers.I called Electrify America on Jan 09/2025 again to reported back what the electrician had found. After being on hold for 45 minutes I was told that my call fromJan08/2025 was not entered in their system - go figure. When I suggested that they should look into their phone logs to find my number from the previous day they were able to confirm that I had indeed called the day before but the agent who had "assisted" me had not created a case. Then they told me that I have to repeat allthe troubleshooting steps from the day before. When I objected thatI had done allof those steps yesterday - as well as had an electrician check the device, breakers, and the socket - I was put on another holdfor a long time. When finally the Electrify America agent came back on line I asked whether they were going to send me a replacement to which the agent replied "we can but..." we have to do some more troubleshooting before "they could forwardour request" to the next team. Before ending the call I asked for our newly created case number: **********. Needless to say, neither **** nor Electrify America followed up on our issue.

    Dealership engaged in boarder line bait and switch tactics. They posted special for a car that was attractive and matched what other dealers in the area were offering. When we went in to claim the special they sat us down and started showing us different numbers that were 10x the amount for the special. The manager claimed the special was a typo and that they would never sell a car for the price (that they listed on their website). The special had terms, cap cost, mileage, total payment thats not a typo, thats an advertised deal. Manager made us feel like we were jerks for coming in for the special listed, and their sympathy/apology was very poor. Didnt feel our time was respected and there was no remorse for their error.
