**** was my consultant and she did a phenomenal job of explaining the whole tax relief process to me. She was completely honest and wasted no time listing all of the options that suited my case. More importantly, she took real time out of her day to hear my story and listen to the unexpected hardships that have led me to a transitional period with my finances. I started with Fresh Start Tax Relief back in January of 2021. I was in collections with the *** and was about to be garnished. I called Fresh Start Tax Relief looking for some help. **** and her associates advised me not to worry, they got this. I am so happy to say that Fresh Start Tax Relief got my *** tax debt down for thousands to a small amount. They have put my *** ******************. I have such wonderful words to say about **** and her associates. They have truly given me a fresh start in life. Let me start by saying anyone that has a tax problem is pretty stressed out at that time. When I contacted Fresh Start I was treated like a long time customer my concerns were immediately put at ease where I could talk freely and let my tax professional know all of the details concerned with my tax issue. I didn't have to concern myself with any of the normal paperwork or talking to any IRS staff. I completed my workbook for Fresh Start which gave them all of the information they needed along with W-2 statements to see what position I was in. At no time did I have to participate in evaluating any tax calculations nor was the process for bringing multiple receipts included aside from the normal tax documents the experience was so pleasant the stress was completely relieved. Constant communication was had by the Fresh Start staff communicating through phone or emails and you felt like your hand was being held I can say that this company in my opinion has a number 10 being the best I would recommend Fresh Start to anyone that I know that has a tax issue as a matter of fact I have I can only say that these are the most professional courteous and responded professionals for tax issues and anyone that decided to work with them will know immediately that they're in good hands in summary I can say that my tax issue was resolved in a way that I was totally satisfied with and I haven't felt this at ease about the IRS and taxes for a long time so thank you fresh start for everything the entire staff I really appreciate you and I have some peace thanks againFresh Start Tax Relief Response
