  On 4/28/22 I had my brother sent me 500.00 to give for a deposit for a Siberian husky … I paid brandon woods on 4/28/22 500.00 Apple Pay for a deposit on a puppy … I was going to pick one … he then told me because I asked for the deposit back they weren’t even old enough to adopt cause he called me a liar … we argued he said I couldn’t have it and I said ok puppy then ! He said no because I’m a bad person ? That is theft no dog no money back? He said he didn’t want me having one of his dogs anymore and I said refund my brother my brother tried nothing so he took our money and wouldn’t give us a dog … so he stole the 500.00 I want our money back so Apple Pay me I have the receipts I found his business on AKC . Org he has all of the puppies avail as of today and he also just text me saying leave him alone ? He stole money I just want it back it’s not legal to keep money and no service rendered

  He texted it to me so I could go there I drove there to see the puppies at a later date that Saturday I went I didn’t know he would steal from me so I didn’t keep the texts it got really ugly the name calling … so I was upset and deleted them I do have this text of him saying today that to not contact him and we are “done” he stole the money he texted me his address on or about the 28th of worse  come to it I think ATT can get you a copy? Or is that only for the law ? I’m sorry

  I have screen shots of the whole conversation that i will send out after this email but wendy asked about male husky an agreed to pay a price $1500 my females are $2,000 i told her this she asked to put a deposit down for me to hold a dog for her she said she wanted a male but i had two so i said i would take her deposit an give her first pick between two males an when others asked i would let her know. After a couple of day an me sending pics of all of my puppies she asked again can she have a female for cheaper an then responded no an she asked for a refund i told her the deposit was non refundable because i have already turned ppl away for her to be able to make her first choice of what dog she wanted to she then started getting angry an saying i abused my dogs they are dirty an i am a poor N -word then repeatedly sent me messages calling me the N word for about 20 minutes she even has sent me voice messages of just her calling me the n word

  ******* woods has a persecution complex he said I tried to get a better deal just because he was black … not true a lot of breeders let their dogs go for less if they cannot sell them .. also the female was 2500 not 2k he is nothing but a scammer and liar … he called me a dusty old bitch I’m 59 I drove all the way there to see a 6 month old puppy I was considering as I like the older ones and he had the mask i wanted with the stripes and but he didn’t have blue eyes … I was only going to pick the male with the blue eyes we had to wait so not one of them was picked yet ! I had 1st pick after they were 8 weeks old also I had the deposit
  When they weren’t even 4 weeks old yet he had time at 4 weeks to sell them as he threatened me and said that he wouldn’t give me my deposit said I lied about his 6 month old no I wanted it infact I had just adopted a male 7 month old a month before and wanted another husky … I told him he had a persecution issues after he said I was a d old b … and I lost my temper and it doesn’t really matter what was said cause by law you can’t just keep someone’s deposit he has had time to sell them even bragged how the whole litter was gone … he’s misrepresented what I said about his abused left outside 6 month old puppy it was paranoid and had been hit you can tell he was hand shy and had no attention you can tell also the dad was full of ****** in his hair and all dogs outside he also never picks up the puppies wouldn’t send photos … and told me he was keeping my money and I wasn’t even allowed to buy one from him my brother and I paid him the 500.0 and when we did he never said it wasn’t refundable until he had a fit …. You can’t just keep someone’s money and say they can’t even buy one from you after  the fact ! So I wasn’t allowed to buy but I kept trying to get my money back yes I said some bad things after hw stole our money and said he wouldn’t even sell to us ! This is bad ! My gf is black so he doesn’t know what he’s talking about she called him that since he was afraid ppl
  Tried to get a deal on the female … well I only wanted maybe the female If she had blue eyes only because she had the mask wich I can show in photos .. also he’s busted lying here as they were 2500 for the females he had only sold one dog jow he says the price is lower and he’s a liar and bad business man he didn’t answer  this complaint on time and has just gone off with our Money he has had more than only 2 weeks at 2 weeks to 4 weeks of age one wasn’t picked yet due to can’t see eye colour and I wanted a blue colour eyes husky … he said he wouldn’t sell so he stole the money he can refuse my business so he needs to refund us … I tried for months to get a dog he said no then in the end after I had already had to put out 2500 on another dog he said I could buy one again but how could I trust him he’s in ****** and I’m in VV so I would have had to pay again the 1500 more to hold one??? No freaking way was i going to lose more money he is playing the race card to make all blacks get a bad name for stealing money that’s what ge did by law PEROID you can’t have a business and just keep someone’s money cause you don’t like them after a heated exchange … he was mean to me as a woman and ageist just brining with it so I lost the 500 and wasn’t going to lose more also he told me he wouldn’t even hold one if someone picked it cause it’s first come first serve and I had not picked cause I was waiting he’s not sold one female lowered the price and is an outright liar and scammer I hope no one else loses money he’s had plenty of time to sell them he’s only answering now cause he cannot selll one puppy and they’re over 8 weeks almost 12 weeks old now he’s a scammer and they are mistreated I was there and it was dirty ! He can’t even brush the dad and the puppy was afraid and hand shy so sad for a puppy shouldn’t be that messed up 
  He owes us 500.00 and I will only accept a refund now as I bought another dog from a rescue and I have the emails from AKC yes I’m mad I’m angry I gave some scammer 500.00 and was told tough luck .. we don’t want you to have one of our dogs Also he didn’t tell anyone they couldn’t have a puppy baca use i never picked one stop lying and refund me you scammer … I think he’s just a thief
  Also he cannot sell them now he still has them at 14 weeks I didn’t stop him from selling any ! 
  See photo I asked for deposit at 3 weeks old not even allowed to leave for 8 weeks and I didn’t even pick yet cause I needed to see eye colour which you can’t see until 6 weeks !
