To whom it may concern: On Feb 10, I sent my 2 schnauzers to DOGMASTER for a training camp. We agreed that I will pay $700 per dog for a 7day training. After my dogs stayed 2 days, I went to training place to see how my dogs doing. There were over 20 dogs exposed to the hazardous environment at the same time. The training camp is extremely dirty and nasty full around poops. The service promised that each dog could get 1 hour training per day. There's obviously discrepancy than what he promised to the customers. Both of my dogs had bruises on their body. Then I found that both eyes of my 8-year old male dog are bleeding. To avoid the eye injury getting more serious, I immediately decided to take my dogs to see the vet. DOGMASTER also feed the dogs dirty water and made dogs had the extremely mouth odor. Blood was found in the stool for both dogs. Because his inappropriate training behavior, it costed me $928.00 to have my dogs get treated from the abuse. I'm able to provide the doctor note. I also have witness to prove that they were perfectly fine before they went to Dog Master training camping. **** Sit, the DOGMASTER business owner, totally charged me $2800 for only 2 days training. This is unfair and unacceptable that he charges the customers a large amount but ends up abusing the dogs. He refused to pay me back the medical bill. On Feb 15th, 2023, the trainer **** Sit threatened me that he would charge me another $1400 if I don’t recall the one star review on Thumback. and then he did it. I didn’t recall because the potential pet owners who might send their dogs to him wouldn’t know what their dogs would been suffer from. I’m not the only one that this trainer had threatened. It is illegal and unacceptable to abuse animals. I have reported the case to Riverside County animal control in Riverside, CA. The case number is 823-282116. I'm fil**ng the complaint to against DOGMASTER. I want the business to pay me back the vet bill and the charges that he fails to provide the appropriate services. Sincerely, ****** **
