            Hired them to build a fence. They hired another company to install it and the gate latches did not work. I have texted them more than 20 actual times asking to repair the security gate lock and they still have not repaired it. I have even asked if they are trying to harass men by still answering texts and then saying they will come by and repair and then not showing up. This has occurred over more than a six month period and the lock still has not been installed and our property has not been secure on multiple occasions we have left for extended periods of time- even when staying this to the company. They truly do not care and I feel have no intent in repairing the fence they were installed and paid 10K for.

            We installed this customers **********************. Which was around 10k. He requested a special lock for two of his gates. Each lock cost $100 which we did not charge him for. We installed the locks. One of them was defective. We went out to fix it. His husband said that everything was fine. Then he text us a few days later saying we never showed up and I clarified with him that we did show up and we met with his husband and his husband said everything was OK. We have not had time to go back out yet again, even though we already went out there and they said everything was fine. So I offered to give him a credit back and he did not respond.
