            I contracted with them to remodel a bathroom on 11/10/21. In the process I had a sewer line backup. For an additional $5,949 they would fix problem and replace 10 pads. While fixing problem the salesman shows up and said we have another problem. We need to replace 32 more pads for $12,649. I was shocked but unfortunately I didn't ask WHY. I have never lived in a modular home before so I was ignorant about such things. The house was only 11 years old. I still have a problem with the plumbing also. I feel they took advantage of the situation and scammed me into thinking I needed new pads. I did call the company to complain but did not get to talk to ****. I'm sure the complaint went nowhere. I never heard from them. I would really like to get my money back or at least a good portion. Thank you.

            I am sorry you feel this way everything on the contract was fulfilled there was no misleading  also we give  our customers a 3 day right to cancel which you did not. If  any of our work is mot completed which it is we are more than happy to come out and fix whatever is needed . You called the office 6 months after work was done to express this as well. We warranty any of work  done!

            We started a contract to repair our roof on 7/10/21 with California Sr. Home Renovations, ****** CA. Not only did they take several months to complete, they left us with barely a roof for most of that time. During that time we did not have a complete roof on our house. This duration was during rain, heat and windy conditions. They rarely returned our calls during all this distress. Because of all the damage done to our home they agreed to pay 6 months to Synchrony Bank (the financial institution lender). They ended up only paying 2 months during the past 6 months. They also over charged us 5000.00 to Synchrony Bank they never credited back to us. According to Synchrony, we owe 9,000.00 plus 5000.00 this company "mistakenly" charged us. They also told us this was credited, however according to Synchrony Bank, it was not. This is not only incorrect but criminal. At this time we would like the extra 5000.00 which was their mistake to be taken off and the entire 6 months of payment actually paid as they verbally agreed to. This company must be investigated as we not only waited for a roof to be complete for almost a year and they have practically ruined our credit. This is not acceptable for a business to be robbing anyone, especially seniors.

             I am rejecting this response because:

            You made an agreement with us you would pay six months of payments to Synchrony Bank which you never fulfilled.  You overcharged us $5000.00 dollars per Synchrony Bank.  ****, you and your phony company are liars.  We called you numerous times about these charges and non payment.  When you felt like answering our calls you outright lied to us.  You know this as a fact and are still lying about this complaint.  WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK for the over charges and fulfill your commitment to pay the first six months to Synchrony Bank.    You and your company have affected our credit and we want this taken care of.  Your company is a fraud, you take advantage of seniors and still have not paid the damages from the rain that came through our roof when it took your company several months to complete your commitment to us.  Again, you never returned our calls during that storm.  All we heard were excuses after excuses.  YOU OWE US MONEY AND PAYMENTS TO SYNCHRONY BANK.

            This company is a scam and fraudulent.  Per a conversation with Synchrony Bank they are also aware of your practices and is now questioning future contracts with you.
