Cascade's subsidary, **************************, reported an account that I am not familiar with to my credit report. While it may be possible the account is mine as there was a point in my life that I was dealing with some stuff and don't exactly recall everything well, that would have been 2017 or before and they've placed it on my file as though the account was opened in Jan of this year. I have been insured and keeping up with all bills and debt since I've gotten things together in 2017--my credit is perfect otherwise, not a single late payment or negative account. Now I am trying to get it resolved and find out what's going on and can't seem to get to anyone who is able to help me, I'm being sent from one company to another and the debt was put on my file less than 72 hours ago. How did it get added to my report and then sold in a matter of hours over the weekend? How is an, at best, nearly 7 year old debt and at worse, not my debt, showing up as though it's from Jan of this year. That's illegal.

Cascade reported to the credit bureau I owed on a bill from 2017 for visiting a hospital I did not go too. I am a covered veteran.. This already invalidates their claim. Reported to Experian, and it was subsequently removed from my account. CLOSED. Now, they contracted the service to DRS to have this reopened once again messing with my nearly perfect credit. I have battled with multiple collections agencies selling this false claim from one agency to another. Cascade has no basis for this claim, even knowing identity theft is running rampant through our financial system. DRS claims all they need is DOB, ID, and location of services to validate. This is a complete systematic breakdown to their investigatory methods and our financial system, causing horrific consequences to consumers who have shielded their credit as top priority. I have not been provided any itemized statement or physical evidence to validate I was provided services at this non-existent hospital. Furthermore, I discovered a mistake speaking to DRS, the address they have on file is an address I NEVER lived at. The evidence is clear that this is a case of misinformation, inaccuracy, and wrong person targeted.

If I could give a negative rating I would! A medical **** was placed on my credit report into collections from 6 years ago. I called them to get an itemized ****, they said to contact the third party company because they didnt have the **** anymore. Called and requested a ****, Im still waiting for the itemized ****, four months later. Now apparently my account is closed and I still dont have an itemized ****. This company is definitely a scam waiting to collect any amount they can.
