    I placed $600 in manilla envelope purchased at store. In front of owner and employee. I then asked for ground shipped. As they originally told me was the best way. They never told me anything about insuring package. Not did they inform me cash can't be insured. They told me to send as documents. I had label created. It then disappeared. I tried to have them find it. They simply turned it over to corporate as they are a franchise. They let it sit for a week at corporate level. Then just want to fill out claim for refund. Which I'm told has a max pay out of $100. Ups corporate says I have to resolve with sender. The sender simply told me that once a label is created. It's out of their hands. I've sent emails asking for video confirmation that it was sent. So I can proceed. The owner refuse to reply to emails or calls. Form letter responses and passing it off to form letter style conclusions isn't enough. Im looking for a refund of my cash or finding my package. It can not have just disappeared. I believe it was stolen.

    I needed a box shipped by UPS back on March 25th, 2022, I had **** ****** deliver the box to this store in Phelan California, He had informed me that the price for shipping was around $60.oo if you bring to store boxed and ready to go. I said OK, but after the person at the store processed it, he ADDED $29.25 TO the price of the shipping??? THIS IS OUTRAGOUS!! I tryed to call the UPS Co. but they are worthless, nothing but Online, no humans to talk with. I also could have done the transaction ONLINE and the cost would have been Just $40.oo and change and then drop it off, BUT, does this mean if I get the box done, ready with a paid label do they then charge $29.25 to take in the box?? THIS IS highway robbery!! I feel a UPS STORE should be charging just as it shows online when it say's "Drop off to UPS store cost". If you need it, I have the receipt, also, the tracking Number for this transaction is; 1zR047E*********50
