    A contract was signed to have a car picked up on September 21, 2024. A $150 deposit was paid on September 6, 2024. The car was never picked up. After a week of changing the story multiple times, a bill of $700 was paid for a rental car since the scheduled delivery never took place.

    Hire this company to move vehicle from one location to another. Sign contract with them and gave a deposit of $150. Company was to pick up vehicle on 6-27-24. Needed moved before end of month because was moving to new house. Company never got a driver to pick up car and had to hire another company to do it. *************************** (salesperson) was to refund deposit. Multiple calls and texts with them and also called credit card company and no refund has been issued.

    They promised to have the car I bought to be picked up from the dealership on June 26, 2024. It is now July 1, 2024 and they haven't picked it up yet. I signed the contract and paid them the $250 deposit. I demanded they follow through with their promise early this morning. They said they'd call me in an hour, but they never did.

    As per the telephone conversation with the customer. We are now resolving the issue of the customer and the customer is satisfied with the resolution. and this complaint which has been happened due to the agent has been been fired as we have received various complaints of that agent. .

    I am rejecting this response because: On July 18, 2024, the business texted me and informed me that they'd refund me my security deposit via Zelle in 3-4 business days. It is now July 24, 2024 and still no refund. This business still owes me $250. They lied once again. I want my money back, Aero Auto Hauling. I am surprised you're still in business.

    Aero Auto Hauling has not refunded me my $250 deposit through Zelle, as promised by their Accounts team.

    Hello, I was using ****** to seek up vehicle transportation services. I gave business my name and contact details so they could contact me with prices and services. *********************** is the identity under which one firm, A-1 Auto Transport, contacted me. In addition to giving me an estimate, he said he could have the car delivered by a specific date since he had a driver in the region. ***** emailed me a contract for a business called Aero Auto Hauling that included a $200 down payment and other details. After that, he sent me an email instructing me to use Zelle to transfer the payment. I only got texts from him after he received the money. I never heard from him on the phone. I attempted, but was unable, to cancel my payment at the bank. Got in touch with *****. With them, too, I was not successful.

    I was charged $250 as a deposit from:Aero Auto Hauling ********************************************************************************* ************* US DOT #: ******* MC#: MC1600448 On May 30th I paid the Deposit and signed the contract. The company began changing their price from the original $900 up to $1200. I was not going to go through them and they were accusing me of using another company, which I was not. A week later, **** came back and said they had a driver that could pick up that day (6/6/24) and I would need to make payment. The car needed to be delivered so I agreed. **** connected me with the driver and I had to pay $1300 and the Driver said was on his way to pick up. I was requested to pay via Apple Pay or Zelle. I paid via Paypal and the Driver said to mark it as Friends and Family (I was not aware until I started filing claims, that this method, Paypal will not protect) The next morning I called the Dealership and they said the vehicle was still there. I attempted to call the Driver and his # was disconnected. I contacted Aero and they are not refunding my money. I ended up having to pay for a plane ticket to fly to **** and had to drive 2000 miles to get it home, which took the last money I had and had to take 2 days off of work
