In April, we found Nemo auto sales on Instagram. After messaging them, we dropped off the truck for ** work & for electric fans. ******, the mechanic, said the ** might just need a recharge. Days later, they called saying the fan bearing was stuck & insisted we replace the entire fan at a high price. Later, they said we needed an extra harness from a kit but then claimed it wasnt required & reconnected the fan the original way. After paying over $1,700, the check engine light came on, & the engine misfire after pickup. I discovered a broken ignition wire & blown coil, which a friend helped replace. We told the shop, but they didnt respond. Although they claimed to fix the ** it never blew cold as it should have. On the second visit, we had tie rods installed, as they suggested. We also complained that the ** still wasnt working, & the truck overheated in hot weather. We spent more money on *************** waiting for repairs. After getting the truck back, the ** stopped working again. On the third visit, they said the ** line had burst but only offered a warranty on Freon, not the repairs. We were frustrated, feeling they misdiagnosed the issue several times & ended up paying for unnecessary work. They insulted us, our **************** through texts, & instagram we ended up paying over $2,400. We picked up the truck, but wouldnt let us test drive it. ****** insisted on riding along with me, only confirming the truck had never been properly tested. When we tried leaving in my mother-in-laws car, the shop blocked us in & followed us to a grocery store, intimidating us until police were called. They later disabled the car by removing fuses & stealing the oil cap. Furthermore he tried to grab the keys out of the ignition, atemping to steal my mothers car & seen my legally owned firearm, leading to the police detaining us & arresting me. We paid the balance, but we were harassed, overcharged, & mistreated throughout. We want reimbursement for damages.
