We bought a car in June and within a week of having it we had to take it in for service because the ** stopped working and after a little over a month of not having the vehicle we were told that the vehicle was not repairable and they paid off the loan. We decided to buy another car from them at that time and within two weeks we had to bring it in for service due to the heater not working. After almost a month of not having the car we were told again that the car is not reparable and we again had to reverse the purchase with ****. Theres was an extreme lack of communication and now Im being charged for the rental that **** said theyd cover.

I am rejecting this response because my card has been charged. Communication with **** stopped after we signed paperwork to reverse the deal until I got a call the following day saying my car was ready. How is it that my car went from unrepairable to ready in less than 24 hours. I was told that Id be contacted about the rental and that theyd try to extend it since Im now left without a car completely and never received a call back. We are out money paying a car payment we used for a week. Id have to continually check in with **** and got the run around most the time.

    Sincerely,

My husband ****** and I took our car to All Star Fords service center on May 24, 2023, for service on the transmission. It is now August and the car is still there. For the first few weeks, every time we call to check the repair status we were told to call next week. I know at one point I was told the transmission specialist was on vacationbut, for 2 1/2 months? Finally my husband went in to retrieve something from the vehicle (and see for himself what was going on) but wasnt able to access the vehicle because it was lifted onto the platform for repair. Three weeks later and we have received no communication. In fact. The center has only initiated communication with us three times since they have had our car. This has created a great inconvenience for us as my husband and I work in two different cities. When we asked for a rental car, we were denied. At this point wed like to take the car elsewhere but they keep claiming to be almost done.

On 5/26/2023 I went in to purchase a new **** transit that I had been waiting to have delivered for nearly two months. I went in and agreed to purchase the vehicle at the msrp of $50,400. When I went into sign all the documents with the finance manager I was never given a price breakdown or financing terms. When I asked what the absolute total price was twice I was pointed to a sheet and the number $54,800 and told that was my total twice. I signed everything and was told after my down payment of $15,000 would be $970. With a interest rate of ****%, upon thinking about it at all I realized these number were made up numbers they used as place holders while collecting signatures. I did not get any paperwork and assumed that I would receive it by email or something. I had to wait until that following Wednesday to receive the vehicle due to a faulty tire from the factory. When I received the van none of the people I originally dealt with were around. After over a week I received a piece of mail with my payment details and login info for the **** financing website. When I logged in I saw that the payment was lower than the said, with a interest rate of *****% and a payoff balance of $47,000. After seeing this I realized what they had down. They just plugged in whatever number they felt like after they had my signatures and added "additional equipment" and whatever warranty they wanted that I never approved and got my price up north of $61,000. They not only did a bait and switch but I believe they also committed fraud. After going back to the dealership I was given a full price break down and saw all of the numbers I was never originally shown. When I explained what the "finance manager" and sales person had done I was told that that isn't possible. After Complaining to their happiness manager I received a call from a manager and they offered immediately to refund $1500 for the additional equipment they made up. They wanted me to also cancel the warranty I didn't purchas

We took our vehicle to All Star Ford because it was closest to my husbands employment. Our car was overheating, the check engine light was on & made a noise ( but ended up not fixing that for cost reasons). We dropped off our car, after renting a car at Enterprise car rental, to use while the car was getting fixed. On Sept 16th picked up the car, A day later the check engine light came on. ( Paying *******) Called and wanted us to leave the car AGAIN till they could get to it??? I told them our situation, they said theres nothing they could do??? We couldnt afford to rent another car. So ended up taking it closer to our Home to *************** and paying another ****** and the check engine light is on again. Took it back, and its on again? Have another appointment in two weeks??? Unbelievable. Paid 500+ car rental.
