I signed up with a referral code on October 17th. I was supposed to receive $5 for the referral bonus. I never received the bonus. I reached out to customer support several times and never heard back. I would like my $5 bonus.

In the month of September Action network had a referral program. You would share your personal link and you and your friends would get $10 once verified. I invited 25 friends who all were verified plus I had verified myself. I received $40 instead of $260 I was promised. They decided to delete their referral program and after a fee weeks started paying some people but not all. I would like the rest of the money I was promised $220 paid via venmo like initially stated. I have contacted customer service a few times and never receive a response. I waited a few weeks to file this dispute.

They offered referral program ( I have provided screenshots ). Basically they offered to pay 10$ to referree for making a new account and 10$ to the referee for referring. The payments were supposed to be sent to our ***** account account 7 days after sign up. When it came for them to pay, they took away the referral program and didnt pay anyone for their referrals.

I downloaded the Action Network App and verified my account on a Signup offer in which you receive $10 to Venmo for downloading the app & verifying your phone number. The offer clearly stated within 7 days. The program offered the same for every referral who signed up using your generated personal share link. It has been well past 7 days and they have not responded to my support inquiry. As of this morning I had 19 successful referrals as well as my Signup bonus pending. This afternoon the entire referral tracking disappeared from my app. I was never paid for any of the 19 signups I had gotten, and was not paid for my Signup, and the company never responded to my inquiries regarding this. They did send an email 2 days ago saying they were working on paying referalls and would keep updating via email. There was no email sent explaining to users that the referral program suddenly ended and what to expect regarding their payments. They stopped answering any inquiries on their discord channel and no one got paid any of the money they were owed. I spent a lot of time and effort getting new signups to download the app and register. I just want the money I am owed for all my valid signups. They were all valid. I am attaching any of the info I have on the program they had people referring signups which was false, no one was paid within 7 days like it claims, and all my referrals disappeared as of now.

Hello! Im writing to file a complaint about action network. On their app they released a referral program, in return we would get $10 per verified user, i did my part and followed all rules regarding their promotion, they promised we would be paid within 7 days of the referrals. It has been more than 7 days and we have not seen no payment. They purposely block everyone that reaches out to them in regards to the payments, but they do not block anyone that places a bet. I have plenty of screenshots of their referral program as well as a screen recording of my referrals that i wont hesitate to send in as evidence of their false promotions.

On the date of 10/9/23 I clicked on a free 3 day trial offer on a sports analytics site. Upon clicking the trial I was directed to Apple Pay and immediately charged an annual fee. The fee was taken directly out of my bank account and also shown credited to my account. Both the charge and the credit were for the amounts of $164.29. I made sure to cancel any further activity to the site on my Apple account; however - a few hours later I had an alert stating that an additional $164.29 had been taken out of my account. The site is suspect already by not giving any phone contact information for customer service. All I was able to do to reach them was to email an automated system to request a refund of the amount taken from me. I received an email later that day stating that they could not issue a refund because of the way the transaction took place and that I would have to request a refund from Apple. The Apple site is not the business that took my money; Action Network did. I sent two other emails - one of which contained the screenshot of the cancellation on the Apple Pay to the Action Network email ; I have yet to hear any other response. Please help me retrieve this fee taken from me . $164.29 is certainly not a free trial
