    I bought the CurrentBody 2 led face mask. I paid $375 and I received mask on 12/9/24. The battery that is attached to the mask did not work. I notified them on their website. I have done everything that they asked me to do and they have not sent me an address of where to send the mask. Today is 12/12/24 and they are giving me the run around. Please be aware of this company's business practices.

    I am seeking resolution of a dispute with *********** regarding its LED Face Mask. I purchased a Series 1 LED Face Mask and Bib in late April 2024. From the beginning the mask had substantial fit issues with my face, particularly around the nose area. However, given that there was no other option available and the mask was the top recommended in the market, I kept the mask.On September 23, *********** announced the launch of its Series 2 LED Face Mask, which is expressly advertised as "improved best fit flexible silicone shape ... tested on thousands of faces for maximum coverage & comfort including upgraded full lip and nose coverage." Thinking that this is now a direct resolution to my issue with the first model -- which *********** obviously was aware of as a broader problem since it redesigned the mask for better universal fit -- I immediately reached out to CurrentBody. I shared my issue and requested a trade in of my current mask with me paying the difference between the two models. This seemed like a fair and reasonable resolution. *********** repeatedly did not address my concerns and gave stock answers and said that as of September 23 no returns could be accepted - the day a resolution became available. I was advised to resell my Series 1 mask on my own and then purchase a new Series 2 from the company, which I told them was insulting. At one point I was put on hold for over 20 minutes, to the agent repeating the exact same lines. I pushed back repeatedly given the facts of the situation but no resolution was proffered. Given the fact that the new series directly addresses a known issue I am experiencing, the high cost of the product, and the reasonableness of my communications, I am seeking the BBB's assistance in resolving this dispute.

    When I place an order ORDER US-**********, it come with a free gift which if called silk face revive, it stops working partially after 1st usage. Asked cs for solution doesnt help solve the problem. They are sending back the email said the gift is nor refund or exchanged. However, it worth $300 above on the website. Friends who have the same machine have the same problem. So assuming they are trying to get rid of these high priced multinationals to customer as a gift so they can spend more money on their order.

    The seller is unauthorized seller according to the products (Tripollar) official website. They sell product not legit with Chinese import information, and made in ***** which is counterfeit device. Genuine Thipollar device is made in ******.

    On May 9, 2024 my sister purchased a light therapy face mask from Current Body through their website for a total of $598.81. I was very happy with the gift as it has different light colors that can treat rosacea among other issues. However, when I tried to use it, I found it was very uncomfortable, the mask does not fit my face well. I cannot see through the eye holes, the pads around the eyes hurt my skin, the nose and forehead areas do not fit and hurt my face, my chin is where the mouth hole is. The material is inflexible and heavy which exacerbates the discomfort. Overall, it is ill-fitting and uncomfortable. On the Current Body Website it states that there is a money back guarantee and more specifically that "If you begin to start using the device and decide it isnt right for you, simply return it within the terms of the specific guarantee outlined below for a refund on the cost of the item" ****************************************************************************************************** However, when I emailed them to say that I wanted to return the item, I got a reply from Alivia, a ******** Service Advisor, which said that "the item must be new and unused, with all the original accessories, free gifts, packaging and manufacturing seals intact to be eligible for a full refund", and that "As you have stated you have opened and used the device unfortunately we will not be able to accept this back on this occasion". Looking at the website I see that at the very bottom of the guarantee page it stipulates that the guarantee "excludes collaborations, such as JOVS, Dermalux Flex and ***************". However, a) it doesn't mention MZ Skin and we had no idea it wasn't covered as we were not even aware that Current Body was a separate brand, b) it is in small print at the bottom, c) it says nothing on the page where the product is, and d) we were not informed/warned when placing the offers that it was not returnable.     Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against CurrentBody for failing to resolve an issue regarding a non-delivered item and for providing unsatisfactory customer service. I request the assistance of the BBB to help mediate this matter.On April 28, 2024, at 10:31 AM, I purchased a CurrentBody Skin LED 4-in-1 Zone Facial Mapping Mask from CurrentBody. The order number is US-**********, and the tracking number provided by *** is 1ZGA08250303257152. According to the *** tracking system, my package was delivered on May 1, 2024. However, I did not receive the package. I have checked thoroughly with the mail room, the receptionist, and the security office at my apartment complex, but none have seen or received the package on my behalf.I have attempted to resolve this issue directly with CurrentBodys customer service. Unfortunately, my initial inquiries went unanswered until I resorted to commenting on their social media platform. Once contacted, the response I received involved a directive to sign a form that I found to be unclear and unreasonable. The form required me to confirm that I had checked with every resident in my building, which is not feasible due to the buildings policy and also raises safety concerns, as I do not know all the residents personally.Despite explaining these limitations to CurrentBody via an email to their customer service assistant named ******, I have received no further communication or resolution from them.I believe that CurrentBodys lack of response and the unreasonable demands placed upon me to confirm the non-receipt of goods are not in line with good customer service practices. Therefore, I seek the BBBs help to engage CurrentBody in a dialogue to resolve this issue effectively and amicably.Thank you for your attention to this matter.     Purchased a face mask (company says *** approved). Less than two weeks later the charger control no longer works. Company phone number does not work and no response to numerous emails. The day prior to this issue 4/21/24 ordered another mask for my spouse. Then I discovered a website of reviews/complaints such as mine. This is a $300 investment, and now Im concerned that I just purchased a second mask that I will have trouble returning when it arrives. I can t reach the company to cancel the order.

    Purchased this LED light face mask. It does not charge. It will not take nor hold a charge. It is broken. I want a refund as I have never used it. It is broken. The website says satisfaction guaranteed. It also says you have a 30 day money back guarantee. I have contacted the company to get a RA number, they emailed me back and said my RA number was cancelled.There is NO a phone number, No email address to contact anyone.
