    ALWAYS a horrible experience, definitely no type of customer service whatsoever. IF you can get someone on a live call, they can never find your information, then the call drops and you have to start over. Not sure if they paid the claim on an accident I had with someone

    This company don't do what they say. I'm still waiting for my money on my car. I have not heard anything from anyone. I don't recommend this company to no one.

    Do not get this insurance. I got in a car accident and the *** hung up on me regarding my claim. My deductible was ***** and then changed to *****. Very bad service, it took a week for an adjuster to contact me. Vehicle was a total loss and was informed it would take 5 weeks for me to receive my payout. No start for this company.

    Terrible service. I had to wait over an hour for someone to get connected to, the ** system is not helpful. When I finally got a hold of a CSR, she was the furthest thing from cordial and hung up on me while I still had questions. I do not have time to be on hold with an unknown wait time with this service. I really hope this company changes up their employee quality if this is what they want to provide to their clients.

    I was hit by a person insured by Bridger Insurance. Its been 4 month and no call back no response to email... ******************************* is the adjuster... I'm not sure if he even a real person. The person Hit me and got ticketed for this accident. He fell asleep and rear ended me going 60+ miles per hour. 25k worth of damage to my new truck. I do not understand how a company like this is allow to do business. They have not responded to no calls or emails. The ************** District attorney should be looking into this company.

    I never hope a driver insured with them hits your car. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not heard from a live person. The only update is that they sent a email saying they received my claim (which is a requirement by law). I have been reading up on insurance laws in Texas and will plan to contact the proper authorities with my concerns. This company is fraudulent all across the board. Even the responses to reviews are trash. They keep telling to to reach the online chat but that's also obsolete. I'm really concerned that they have time to answer reviews but not actually answer in real life. At this point, this company should not be operating and should actually be reported to the state and taken down. I have never seen a business run this unprofessionally and with no remorse. The adjuster assigned to me has yet to say ANYTHING by phone or email ( Miguel Zacarias). My claim #2023RPB2003044. This review is my first resort. I will spend everyday trying to take this company down until they do right by my claim. I'm not being a victim AGAIN in this scenario.

    I would give them zero stars if possible as they are a terrible insurance company. They continue to delay paying on a simple claim they are liable for. I was rear ended by their customer and provided repair costs, but they continue to send monthly letters saying the need time to investigate. We are going on three and a half months since the accident.
