Do not take your vehicle here for service. Not only are they slow , they make stupid excuses on why they are slow and incompetent. I dropped off my vehicle for a warranty repair that shouldn't take more than 2 days and it took them 1 day to diagnose, over 3 weeks to start the work and another 2 to complete the repair only to have another issue pop up right after I left with my vehicle. They do not update you your vehicle status in a timely manner either. It's like pulling teeth. Then when I finally get my vehicle back there was front end damage that they deny doing. The pic from the tow truck drop off and from my pick up from the dealer clearly shows these theyre lying about the damage. They also failed to reassemble my engine cover properly and just laid it on top of the engine not secure. And they also left connectors loose. *** their service manager promises to help but falls very short delivering. After causing $1000 damage to my vehicle , *** offers a worthless $100 discount on future service. I'm never using these guys again for a purchase or service. And I will never use any of the dealerships is owned by *******************************Stoneridge Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Response

If I could give less than a single star I would. I would recommend buying from anywhere other than here.1)They did multiple hard credit checks on me despite it being abundantly clear I wasn't buying from them. Resulting in a massive drop in my credit score.2)They tried to charge me about $30k over the value for the truck I was looking at.3)They verbally said they'd take my trade-in at what I owed for it, about $4k over value. Then when I looked at the breakdown of the numbers (which they were very reluctant to let me see), they'd added the entire cost of my trade-in truck to the cost for the new truck.4)Not only did the finance guy hard check my credit from all potential lenders he could think of but he was also one of the rudest people I've dealt with re buying a vehicle. The final straw was when he insulted my wife. I'm a retired ********* got thick skin but I will not let anyone insult my wife. So of course I made this known to him & the ** how this was unacceptable. Which is probably why he ran my credit so many times in retaliation. To the **s credit he tried to make it up to us w/a whooping $10k off of the roughly $30k they'd added on but I wasn't having any of it. Told him he could give me the truck for free w/me only responsible for taxes and I wouldn't take it cus of how trash his business is.5)My vehicle was in their service department for about a month due to a recall (the reason I was there in the 1st place looking at new trucks). They didn't disconnect or hook up a trickle charge to my battery. I was told it died & that I couldn't get my truck back w/out paying over $400 for a new battery. When I complained about this to the service manager he smiled at me when I said I knew they did this on purpose to get back at me for not buying a new truck from them.Stoneridge Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Response

If we as a business could give stars to you as a customer, we would give you no stars because we open our doors to do business with reasonable customers who are here to purchase a vehicle instead of wasting our time trying to help you which you did not appreciate. You as a customer did not fulfill you part as a customer should and instead wrote all these comments that were untrue and unreasonable. You were here for many hours because we try to help you in all ways. You are not even a customer that purchased a vehicle to have the right to put this complaint. BBB states that you should be a customer to give a review. Since you did not purchase a vehicle you are not a customer and maybe you are a scammer here to scam our business. Everything you complained about is absolutely untrue and you lied about everything. You have no right to do that and I will report you to BBB that all the comments are lies, lies, and lies. Our poor sales associate spent all the time with you and you have the audacity to say all these lies without any substance to it. We hope that you spend your time in a more abundant way and be a better person.Review from Jon J

Short version: Bought a used Mustang, HVAC and multiple lights out. Said they would fix it. Entire time I have been blocked from talking to any decision makers, and have not got a single call with an update except in response to my calls. Was told it was fixed, and only half of the punch list had been actioned, with a blinker still out and heat not working.Bought the car on 12/14. Turns out it had no A/C and the heat did not work on one side, plus a headlight, blinker and foglight out. Shame on me for not checking basic functions.Brought it back on 12/15, they said they would fix it.Dropped off 12/26 which was the soonest available appointment.Car sat for the 1/2-1/9 waiting for approval since the ** was out of office. Was told the car was ready on 1/13. Go to pick it up on 1/14, heater, blinker and fog light are still not operational. They still have the car, in fact they have had possession of the car more than twice as long as I have. Will update this as things develop.Stoneridge Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Response

Id give this a 0 star, but I have to give at least one star. I went to buy a Jeep and I wanted to trade in my car to figure out an estimate of a cost. Instead the dealership decided to take my car keys from me and to hold it hostage for 5 hours. I kept asking to give my car back since I decided that I no longer wanted the Jeep. I continuously told them that I didnt want any deal but they wouldnt stop. Along with my car, my husband and I were also practically held hostage as they wouldnt let us leave or have our car back. Trying to force us to take their deal and sending in multiple different people. When we kept denying their deals they began to yell and belittle us. Insulting us and verbally assaulting us, all the while still denying to give us our car back. Then we finally decided to call the cops once we saw that there was no other way for us to get our car back. Once we had then called the cops they got scared and finally decided to give us our car back. All the while still insulting us and yelling at us, as if they were little children who couldnt take no for an answer. Once the cops arrived we were informed that this has happened to many people before. I recommend no one ever go there as you will be harassed and verbally assaulted, having a very unpleasant experience with grown men who decide to act like toddlers.Stoneridge Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Response

In response to this customer's complaint, it is actually the reverse of everything that she is saying. They came to our dealership to conduct business which we open our doors to respectful customers. They were very abusive towards our employees and they used foul language towards our employees in their own language which a manager understood him using the foul language. Our employees felt harassed and verbally abused by the customer. At this time of covid and all that is going on in this world, our poor employees are here to make a living and not have their livelihood threatened. Because of that continuous harassment and abusive customer and also refusing to leave when we told him that we did not want to do business with him. We had to in turn call the police and filed a police report with the officers that came to our dealership against the customer. We have a police report with a report number. The officers actually escorted the customer, his wife and their son out of our dealership. We did nothing wrong towards the customer and he should not slander us to ******************** because he was the one playing games with our employees and wasted their time who respectfully accommodated him.
