    This ring was purchased in 2023 and received months later in 2024. This ring has none of the capabilities the website claims. The social media has turned off commenting due to the influx of negative comments from frustrated customers. Ive sent in MANY bugs/reports of inaccurate data and almost all go unresponded to, or Im told to update my ring (even though updates have already occurred). My ring says ** sleeping when Im awake + and awake when Im asleep. There are absolutely ZERO optimizations or helpful tips. The ring doesnt pick up exercise even when heart rates spike. The ring + advertising are completely inaccurate.

    Hello BBB: I just wrote to *********************************. Her first inbound "Ask a Question: was today. I expressed that we regretted her experience. We are looking to change how "bug reports" (which is what she has submitted before) are received and replied to. We've begun to review and to have customers reach out to ******************** for anything requiring a response. I suggested her logging out and back in and that I'll happily replace her ring (from her email request).

    We have responded to the "bug report" submitted by the customer on the same day for assistance and a replacement was suggested should she continue to see any concerns around the ring not working properly. She has owned the ring for 6 months. We've provided a quick fix after an update and are awaiting her reply as she stated she would give it a few days. We also explained how to get in contact with us at ********************* This is located in most of our Knowledge Base Articles and is the result of "submit a request" forms located in our ************ Our response time is within 48 hours to correspondence sent to email address. Most are answered within 24 hours during low volume. Thank you again.

    I ordered an Evie **** through Movano in November of 2023. I finally received my ring 2/20/24 and it was the wrong size. I contacted ****/Movano by email on 2/20/24 and they responded in 2/24/24 saying they could initiate an exchange if I wanted. I responded back the same day that I did and they did not respond back again until 3/11/24 - at that time I was told my replacement would be shipped out within 2 weeks and I could ship the wrong size back once I received the new ring. It is now. 4/18 and I still have not received my ring or a response from them by email (I have emailed to ask for updates twice now).

    I purchased my **** on November 25, 2023 went they were first available to purchase knowing it would not ship until after the New Year in 2024. It took over two weeks to receive the ring sizer, which should have been a sign of things to come. Then come ******** they announced the delay that rings wouldn't ship until March. I did actually receive my in February, which was great, but everything since then has been terrible. The tracking of the watch is lackluster and does not live up to what the company said it would do. There are some nights where it doesn't track my sleep, the main reason I bought the ring! I emailed CS on March 12 to initiate the exchange process to get a smaller ring, as I thought maybe it was tracking properly because it was too lose a fit, but as of April 15th, I still have not received a reply from anyone. It has been very frustrating. Also, the workout tracking option it terrible and the step count is way over what my apple watch calculates, so accuracy is terrible there too. Hopefully Movano will work out all these kinks, but in the mean time, I don't want to waste of $250 waiting around to find out.

    I placed an order with this company for their evie **** Jan 25th. I was delivered a **** sizing kit in February and completed the process. Rings were supposed to ship by 3/15 and to date Ive received nothing. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and requested Movano cancel my order. On 3/22 this company told me I needed to cancel my dispute to have them cancel my order and refund my money. When I chose not to cancel the dispute they made a false claim that they had shipped my order by sha**** the delivery confirmation for the **** sizing kit. As a result my credit card company rebilled my account. Now Im stuck with no ****, and a charge by the dishonest company.

    I ordered a health tracker ring on Jan 17th. I received an email stating they would start shipping Jan 22nd. On Feb 13th I received an email stating they would have the rings ordered to date shipped by March 15th. March 15th came and went and I started emailing and messaging on ******** to cancel my order and get a refund. I emailed again twice last week and they said they would get back to me in 3-5 days. I have heard nothing from them. I dont know if this is a scam or just a very poorly ran company. At this point all I want is my $279 back. I dont want their product. They obviously cannot be trusted.

    We sincerely apologize for this frustrating experience. Currently this customer has opened a chargeback so there is nothing we can do until the chargeback resolves. However if the chargeback doesn't resolve in her favor we would be happy to issue a refund. We will stand by for updates.

    Unhappy with product so simply wanted to return for a refund, which is allowable per the purchase agreement. Impossible to contact anyone in customer service. No agent available at customer service number. You leave a message, nobody calls back. Submitted return request, have yet to receive instructions 2 weeks later. Sent emails, filled out online contact form, nothing. All I want to do is return for a refund per their return guidelines. They say you have 30 days from shipment to return it yet you can't get a hold of anyone at the company. Absolutely ridiculous.

    I purchased the Evie **** on November 20th for $289.18. The company said they were shipping rings January 22nd but it wasn't delivered to me until February 20th. I wore the ring for a little over a month and then it stopped tracking my data. I asked to return the ring March 29th. I got a response, but have not been given instructions on how to return, nor have I gotten a refund.

I see no way to contact this company by telephone and using email and chat I receive no response.

    I purchased a Evie **** Jan 18th 2024 on theyre site it stated orders placed before Jan 19th would be shipped out Feb 20th so I waited and waited I messaged on theyre instagram site about a week to two weeks after Feb 20th asking when it would be delivered and or the status on the order they did get back to me saying all orders placed before Jan 19th would be shipped out on Feb 20 th I did mot fully get an answer my question so I let it go until March 25th I messaged them again when I would receive it and that I placed the order back in Jan at the end I finally just asked for a refund I havent heard from them since I want my money back thats it

    I received my Evie **** on 2/13. It worked for about 2 weeks and had slowly quit working. First my sleep recording quit, then the spot check quit. At this point it records my steps but not accurately.I contacted the company about an exchange due to a faulty ****, but have since found out there are hundreds of complaints against this company. I have requested to send the **** back for refund. I get a email every time saying they will contact me in either ***** hours or 3-5 days
