            Thank you for your email.  We understand that you have confirmed in waiting for this item to be back in stock within 3-4 weeks from the time you ordered in 5/20/2024.

            We are sorry for this delay as the logistic market has changed tremendously in May & June, which affected all shipments ETD / ETA dates. As of today, 6/20, this item is almost arriving to us and the new estimated date is 6/28 .

            Once the shipment arrived, we will def put your order as priority  or you can choose to do local pick up at our Pomona/Diamond Bar Location. Would you like to continue waiting  or cancel for a refund?

            Purchased a pressure washer from this company , but leaked out of the box , emailed company and they keep asking for a video of it leaking which I submitted. I just want to return it and get my money back They do not answer phone calls and take much to long to respond to emails. I wish I had checked BBB and see their F rating before the purchase

As standard procedure, when customer has a complaint, we require customer to take videos or photos showing how the product is not working which customer has sent to us and we have reviewed it.             I ordered floor mats for my car on December 13 2023. on dec 19th, i reached out tesmanian asking where was my package as ***** had checked off the package was delivered yet i had not received anything. Tesmanian initially responded that ***** had made a mistake and accidentally checked off it was delivered but was not and i would have it in a couple days. after a couple days, i asked tesmanian again about the status. i received a response they were looking into it. on dec 20th, i asked for full refund as i still had not received anything and i was going out of town needing to purchase mats prior to traveling. I ended up purchasing mats from a local store since i was in need of mats for the road trip. On dec 27th, i received an email from tesmanian stating ***** delivered the package and they were not going to refund me anything as they are not taking responsibility. This complaint is being issued solely on principal. this is not the first time i have purchased from tesmanian but is the first time i have issues. I'm seeking a full refund of the item i paid for asap.

            I pre-ordered 2023 Model X rear cargo mats for my 5 seater. They only sent the top mat! I reached out to customer service and they were slow to respond. A week later they reply and want to charge me double to get the bottom mat since they are now selling for a higher price online. After complaining I was not sent the product I ordered, they say they will finally send the rest of my order but the I will need to pay $20. I already paid for my order and shipping, why would I pay again? Now it's been a week with no response.

            I could not get a response from the sales/customer support on anything related to my order on 1/18. The phone is never picked up and emails were never responded to. More specifically the 3rd Row Seats Back Cover **** having issues with the supplied velcro sticking to the backs of the 3rd row. I believed from the video that the velcro hooks would stick, but found out that the carpet is cut pile and not loop. So I had to use the adhesive strips provided. It does not stick very well and moves around a lot. I can keep trying, but I'm not sure what else I can do to make them 'stick'.

            I ordered a Tesla model s car mats in late December/early Jan and received them. I needed to exchange the back mat as the front mats fit. I needed a model 3 mat for the back. I was instructed to send back the mat and they would replace. I had to send the mat back and pay for my own shipping. They received the mat on 25th and didnt respond. Ive since emailed them multiple times at the following email ******************************** with zero response. I am now out $300+ dollars and still no back mat (that I paid for) for my vehicle.

            Purchased a front truck organizer storage box online from Tesmanian on 2/21/2022 for $99.99. The product arrived to our home two days later on 2/23/2022. Both the packaging and the product smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I discarded the packaging and attempted to air out the product in our garage for a week before considering a refund or replacement. The product still has a strong cigarette smoke odor and now the garage has the same odor. I emailed Tesmanian (see attachment) on 3/1/2022 to request a refund and they have not responded. The order number associated with this product was TES-87815. I would like a full refund from Tesmanian for this unusable product. If Tesmanian wants the product returned, then I would like for them to pay for shipping.
