Temco Logistics is a contractor for **********, they delivered and installed a washer and dryer for me in November. They installed it incorrectly, and now it is damaged and come to find out it is missing parts. The washing machine shakes violently to the point that it moves out of position. They have come out 4 times to fix the issue and cause me to miss wages due to having to be with them when they are at my home. I also noticed one of the installers browsing around in my garage like he was looking for something to take. I have issued a complaint with ********** and they are asking Temco to return the washer and dryer. Also, Temco is refusing to come pick them up. I've never dealt with service this horrible before. I will never purchase anything from ********** again because of this.Business response

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this issue you have been having with your new washer and pedestal. I understand that you have had several appointments to have the unit inspected and that ** has also came out to review the unit. I would like to first apologize for the issues you have had thus far in getting this matter taken care of. I did review your order and see where there are a few areas of opportunity for the site managing this order. This will be addressed internally and thoroughly.
I was also hoping to ask if you had any paperwork from the ** tech which indicates exactly what was wrong with the unit that makes this an installation issue. Once I am able to review and understand this key bit of information, I would like to speak with our Senior Director about how we can make this up to you and restore your faith in Temco.
I appreciate any information or documentation you can provide to assist my research and approach to having these concerns addressed and resolved.

Order number- wg74381134. Police report # ********** tangipahoa parish sheriffs office. I ordered a toolbox from ********** November 5, it was shipped November 6. I received numerous emails about the delivery date of November 13 which I agreed to and responded back to all messages. The day of delivery at 7:21. I received an email saying it was out for delivery between 6 AM and 8 Pm. I responded OK being that I had taken the day off work just to receive this package at 9:54. I received an email saying it was two stops away at 11:27. I received an email saying it was delivered. I was sitting on my porch, waiting for it all day and it never showed up. Not only did the driver not supply a picture but he forged my signature on the email that I received. I called ********** customer ********************** numerous times talk to numerous people and finally found out that the driver wanted to go back early so he did not attempt to deliver my toolbox and forged my signature (That is why I am pressing charges, forging my signature and theft of goods both are a felony). The toolbox was confirmed to still be on the delivery truck at the yard. I received no other phone calls from anybody to reschedule delivery or from anybody at **********. I reached out to Temco logistics And they treated me pretty much the same way, numerous emails and no answers about it. I spoke to ***** ********** And have heard nothing else from Temco, so I guess the driver took my toolbox home. This particular toolbox is 8 feet long. Its not a small item. I have pictures of every email and the one I showed the sheriffs department of the forged signature. The ******************* also sat here and watched two hours of my doorbell camera to verify that the delivery driver never attempted to deliver the package. I would like the company to provide me with a toolbox and pay for my days wage that I missed waiting for their delivery driver while he decided to go back to the office early I am a ************ veteran and haveBusiness response

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matter. I sincerely apologize that no one reached out to you about this. Since ********** was involved, this was not only escalated by me but by ********** as well and this was addressed internally with our General Manager and our Senior Director. Unfortunately, the information we received was that the team could not complete the delivery and when we tried to get it back out, the order had already been cancelled. I understand that the lack of communication with you was highly frustrating and not helpful to the situation. However, I do want to assure you that this was escalated and addressed internally. There is still an area of opportunity here for improvement and I will forward all of this over to our Senior Director to act upon.

Hello there, I am very upset right now. I must let you know how terrible is Temco **************** from ******, **. I've saw their website has a BBB accredited business which I don't even agree a little and I think they are lying about it since they have so many 1 star reviews on Yelp and also on BBB review website. I've bought a set of washer and dryer from ********** couple days ago and were supposed to be installed today. The worker from Temco **************** checked my wash room and said they can not install the washer on my own wood stand which I've made by myself. I said to them that I can remove it and let them finish the installation. But after I agree the removal of the stand the worker said they STILL CAN NOT install it and they ask me to Find a Handyman to drill a hole on my water pan (the pan is supposed to put under the washer) and until then they can install the washer for me. I'm like are you kidding me? You guys from the delivery and installation company who can not even drill a hole for the customer? If I can do the work why I pay additional fee for installation? Does that make sense? After that, I called ********** to confirm with this kind of situation, the customer ********************** agent said she had never heard that before. So from my view that the worker from the company want additional money to pay to them and then they can get the work done. After I called **********, the workers from Temco logistic company called their supervisor who is a lady and she talked to me said that is their protocol? I don't believe that the installation does not including drill a hole on the water pan. I've also called other installation service and they all said they will help to drill the hole for sure. So they charged the installation fee but refused to do the work. End up they just leave the set of washer and dryer in my garage and tell me until I finish the set up they can install the machine for me.Business response

Thank you for notifying us of the experience you had with one of our teams. I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication or consideration you were provided during their visit. I will identify the team at issue and speak with local management about ensuring that this team is assigned some additional customer ********************** training. After reviewing the notes on the order, I do see that there was a platform that was in place and requested us to install on top of. I further see notes regarding the installation of a drain pan. I would like to confirm if the drain pan was to be connected to an actual drain or not? it is absolutely against policy to install a washer on anything but a fully cement riser (usually in the garage) or on a pedestal. I appreciate you agreeing to the removal of the platform you had in place in order to allow installation.
As to the drain pan, if the pan had an actual drain hole and pipe to connect to, this would need to be installed by a plumber. While drain pans are not required, they are highly recommended and most teams will insist that one be installed if they see the drain hole in the ground where the washer is to be installed. If this was not the case, then the team will be further addressed for this as well.
In both instances, I believe that it could have been better and more clearly explained to you as to what was going on instead of what seems to be a very short and inaccurate answers you were given. This will be brought up to our Operations Excellence team and they will work with the location to correct this in their training as well.

This company subcontracted instillation with ********** of my three appliances. The installers arrived at my house. They incorrectly installed two items, they did not install one item. They did not have me check the items and accept delivery of them and indicate that there are no issues with them, per my contract with ********** once delivered I retain responsibility of the items and any issues with them, and my signature of these items indicates that I acknowledge their receipt and condition. The delivery/installers FORGED my signature. They did not review the condition of the items, they did not go over their function and confirm that they were in working order, they walked out of my house like they were going to the truck and left and did not return. When I called them to question they would not answer, the office would not rectify the situation, and this is forgery of over ***** dollars in material.Business response

Thank you for contacting us regarding the experience you had with our delivery team on 11/14/2024. I have reviewed your order and see that the team did put initials on the electronic signature in the app on their mobile device but i do not show any signature on the physical POD. The team did this so as to be able to move to the next stop; however, admittedly there were other options they could have "signed" such as "refusal". I will notify our local leadership and their local HR partner of this matter so that it may be addressed accordingly.
I have also reached out to the location to request that they process a refund for the parts and services on this order. In the meantime, if you are able to send me over a copy of your receipt for the initial order, i can use that to request a check for the amount of the parts and services as shown on your receipt instead of waiting for computer systems to process the request and transfer to ********** systems.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

Temco Logistics does delivery and appliance installation claiming to use certified installers for ********** and the Navy Exchange through whom I purchased my washer, dryer and accompanying pedestals. Temco delivery personnel only wanted to drop off all appliances in the driveway. They had to be asked to do the installation that was paid for in the purchase agreement. The dryer does not power on and the pedestal for the washer was installed incorrectly and does not function. We were told to hire an electrician to fix the electricity in our brand new home because they do not know how to wire the ** dryer properly. They left no paperwork nor identified what company they represent. 3 calls to ********** and the dryer is being replaced and another certified installer will come in two days to assess the washer.Business response

3/15- Delivery team delivered damaged dryer (big dent in the side)- I rejected it 3/22- Delivery team came to deliver a replacement dryer. Delivery driver became irate an unpredictable when I refused to pay additional to reverse the door on the dryer. I firmly refused to pay, he belligerently went back to his delivery truck and told his partner who had already unloaded the dryer to load it back up. They did so and eventually drove away. Still no dryer. I called **********, where I purchased the dryer while they were still parked outside my house. ********** contact TEMCO who told them they cant come back because they were out of the area, yet they were actually still in the neighborhood. The guy became particularity irate when I told him that I wasn't paying him anything (********** confirmed I shouldn't be paying the drivers directly as well). This leads me to feel like he was trying to scam me due to his behavior immediately after I firmly and finally stated that I wasn't going to pay him for the door reversal.So incidents with this delivery company and still not dryer we purchased weeks ago due to issues with TEMCO. Delivery no later than 3/23/24 is need to resolve OR $500 to compensate for the hardships we would have avoided if we had no issues with the delivery teams and service at TEMCO.Business response

February of ********************************************************************************** June of 2023, extensive mold was discovered in my kitchen. The cause of the mold was due to a leaking plastic water line that was installed for the refrigerator without my knowledge, rather than the braided water line that I had purchased, and had the sales documents to prove that purchase. Furthermore I had discovered damage to the back of the fridge in addition to the impacts of mold growth on the fridge. The store I purchased the fridge from required me to file a claim with my home insurance who then subrogated to Temco logistics per the direction of the store I purchased the fridge from. My home owners insurance does not cover the replacement of the damaged refrigerator that was improperly installed. I have been without a functioning full sized refrigerator since June of 2023. I have attempted multiple emails and calls since the subrogation was completed and Temco is not providing clear response nor have they settled the claim in my attempt to recover the cost to replace the refrigeratorBusiness response

On 01/4/24 at apx 1245pm, Temco Logistices was making a delivery to one of my neighbors. In the process of leaving the neighbors property, their large delivery truck backed into my yard and left 2 long and deep turf marks in my yard. Which will cost a few hundred dollars to repair. I attempted to stop the truck but they just ignored me and drove off. I immediately contacted the vendor, *********** who,Temco, were working for on that delivery and filed a claim. A day later I was told by the vendor's insurance company.********, to contact Temco Logistics directly for my complaint. My 1st call to them was on January 8 and I have not received a call back to address my claim. I finally spoke to a claims person on Thursday 1/25 and was told I would hear back within 24 hours. I asked for the managers phone number, as I had my doubts based on recent experience, i would not be contacted and I was given a wrong number which the individual I spoke with assured me was the correct number. It has now been well over the 24 hour time frame and I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact them once again. I would like you to contact them and please press them to display a modicum of professionalism and contact me to address the claim I filed. I have no other option available to me other than to go through your services. Thank you for your assistance in getting this matter moving towards a resolution. I have included photos of the damage and a copy of the delivery manifest. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I will state emphatically that in my opinion ******** did not adequately represent your interests. Only throught constant pestering of the claims representative and repeated contact attempts with the manager did they finally agree to settle the claim. Their stance was they were not responsible to settle even though they represented you.

I ordered an dishwasher that was to be delivered on 12.1.23. They arrived and brought the new dishwasher in. The old dishwasher was to be taken away. They took the bottom panel off of the existing dishwasher and said that the existing dishwasher was hard wired and they didnt have the insurance to touch it. They then left. My husband unscrewed the dishwasher and pulled it out and there was an existing plug. We tried to call them back immediately but we were told they wont turn around once theyve left. We had to reschedule which we did for 12.6.23, we received no confirmation or anything they would be coming and they came to our house at 6:30am that day not knowing they would come that early we missed them and again they left. We then had to reschedule again for 12.12.23 they call and left a message at 11:54 they would be here in 15 minutes. They rang our doorbell at 12:08 we have a ring doorbell and said we could be there in 10 minutes. They guy said they werent required to wait longer than 15 minutes and theyd already been waiting 5. They then left at 12:15 we could see them pulling away at 12:16. We called again and were told again they do not have to turn around and that we again would have to reschedule.Business response

********** order WJ45568334GE Washer/dryer combo Two delivery guys - passenger guy said nothing and he was fine. This complaint is about the driver. Delivery was supposed to occur around 8:30am. Delivery guys walked down my driveway and the driver told me the electrical line was too low and their truck would not fit underneath. When I told the drier I've had several flat bed trucks down here and they all fit under the wire, the driver said to me 'if I get stuck under the wire you gonna get a tow truck and pay for it?' when I said no because he wouldn't get stuck under the wire, he told me I was being rude. The driver then said that there was too much snow and he'd get stuck. I had told the driver on the phone - when he called to say they'd be there in 20 minutes, that there was snow on the ground bc my plow guy only comes when there is over 4" of snow, but I had cleared tracks for them, snow plow on town road had gone through recently, and they should be fine, the driver had said to me no worries, it should be fine. The snow became an issue after the electrical wire was proven not to be an issue. I told the driver if he was afraid to drive in an inch or two of snow, he should get a new job in a different state because there is snow on the ground 4 months out of the year in *******. The guy told me I was being rude, again asked if I was paying for a tow truck if he got stuck and turned around and walked away.If the snow was actually the issue, I could have gone out and cleared the front of my driveway using a shovel. The snow wasn't the issue - this driver just didn't feel like doing his job today and lied about the truck not fitting under the electrical wires and then made the snow an issue after he had said it was fine. He was extremely rude, left without telling me they were not delivering the appliance, and caused me to have to spend an hour on the phone with ********** trying to get the appliance rescheduled. We also received this complaint via our ************* email and was addressed via there. Per my notes, customer spoke with management on 12/5 and was successfully delivered on 12/6. The team at issue of this complaint was subsequently suspended and terminated on an unrelated matter.
