    On September 19, 2024 I went to get an alignment after I replaced my control arms. 3 months later I noticed that my inner tires were completely shredded to the metal. I went in to at least get an alignment done again but they made several claims that they dont provide warranty on low cars. My car is stock ride height and hasnt been modified. They denied giving me an alignment unless I payed full price again. When I talked with the boss he talked over me and didnt have anything to say about my claims. He claimed that **** alignment goes bad very quick and the tire wear was because people with these type of cars ***** abuse their cars, that doesnt explain the inner tire wear if his claims were true. He later claimed that their alignment warranty was only 3 months which was never disclosed when I got the job done. He was being sarcastic and rude telling me that if I wanted the bolts to be torqued to spec and a quality job to go to the dealer and said people like me always come around making claims. He got aggressive and came up to me yelling after I called his work pathetic for charging for your car to be worse in less than 3 months. He later just turned around after he couldnt prove his point to his false claims. I would like to be reimbursed for damages caused from their poor job and a refund for what they charged ($70). I am now 2 tires destroyed and $70 lost from that service. The work environment is also not professional with the boss playing around on a scooter and employees jumping on peoples cars and loudly reving cars for fun. I have video proof of those experiences. Thank you.
