Deceptive marketing. Advertised a car for $9980. Stated after 1 hour drive it was ***** but would be 9880 after rebate if we qualified there was no language in their ad that they incorporated a possible tax incentive in their pricing, and it wasn't mention when we confirmed the price prior to driving there.

I have tried to purchase a car from them in their *********** location. Total scammers and liars. They need to be investigated for their fraudulent doings.. They tried to add $3000 on the purchase price for things that I never asked for

I had one of the worst car-buying experiences of my life at Plug-In Auto. I Bought 2023 Tesla X on 1st week of August ***************************************************************************** an accident, which they never disclosed, yet they had me sign documents without mentioning it. They are incredibly sneaky and will not tell you the full history of the vehicle. When I bought the car, there was an alert about the parking sensors, which I thought was minor. After struggling for a month and even getting a Tesla engineer involved, it turned out the issue was because the front bumper sensors had been painted. That's when I realized the car had been in an accidentinformation they intentionally withheld during the sale. ***** charged me $700 to replace the sensors, and when I asked Plug-In Auto to reimburse me for the repair, they flatly refused. But that's not all. They were responsible for handling the *** registration, yet I was given a temporary license plate valid until November 2024. I waited seven weeks for my original plates, and when they finally arrived, they had the same November expiration as the temporary plate. To top it off, I ended up paying $865 for car renewal. Does that sound fair to you? This dealership is nothing but a group of liars. They advertise cars at low prices and make the vehicles look great, but its all a facade. I strongly urge you not to buy a car from them. This place is trash, and if I could give them 0 stars, I would.

We take pride in being transparent and honest in all of our transactions. We understand that sometimes customers may forget certain details about their purchase, so we want to remind you that we disclosed the vehicle's accident history on three separate documents that you signed. As part of the used car market, we are always committed to disclosing everything known to us.Regarding the *** registration, your vehicle was purchased on August 5, 2024, and your registration was finalized on September 25, 2024, which means we completed the process within 20 days, not seven weeks as mentioned. The $42 you paid was for the fees required by the ***, and once your plates expired, it is standard procedure to pay the renewal fees, which are outside of our control.Again, we pride ourselves on being upfront and honest with all our customers, and wish you would have called and we would have assisted you an what we could and thank you for your business

The Manager tried to sell me an "accessory package" for $1995 cash or $3995 financed. This accessory package option is for: car theft insurance and paint protection. My regular insurance covers car theft and if I need to retouch the paint I can pay out of pocket when needed. I said "No" to this "accessory package" repeatedly. I then said, "I don't want the f'in accessory package." I said this in a calm normal tone. The Manager then gaslighted me for using the *** word. He said I was being disrespectful. Gaslighting. DARVO. Deny. Attack. Reverse. Victim. Offender. Instead of addressing the real issue. This is the behavior of corruption and crookedness. It also had tones of mansplaining and misogyny. This manager is immature and a bully. This is the owner and businesses fault. ***They need to be upfront on the website about their $1995 to $3995 up-charge.*** They are deceptive and hope you won't notice them slip these charges in. I have the right as a customer to decline the "accessory package option."

This dealership is not ethical and does not stand behind their products. They are adding expensive fees calling them accessories at the end of the deal. The price they advertise is not true. I had a mechanical issue a week after purchasing my 2020 Tesla, it was only $300 to fix and they wouldn't reimburse me. Poor customer service.

We visited the dealership this week to view a used Tesla they were selling. We offered to purchase the vehicle at the cost listed on their website and if they wanted to take our vehicle in on trade for what a local dealer was offer, we would accept and purchase the care now. They took ** in to run the numbers and tried hard to sell ** on this "accessories" package to protect the paint from natural wear and theft protection. I told them we don't want it, we would offer the full price for the vehicle listed but if this is a requirement we won't be proceeding. The sales manager agreed to remove the Accessories fee. The local salesman started filling out the credit app for ** but we didn't want to proceed until we had one question about the car answered which they said is not a problem, they would confirm and let ** know tomorrow Next day comes, they answered our question and we were ready to proceed. They pulled our credit (without our permission) After another 2 hour drive to the dealer, an hour looking at the vehicle/test drive the internet sales manager was working and said it was absolutely required to pay for accessories fee. He wanted to explain in in more detail which I was respectful and let him make his pitch. -"well we need to charge this fee because we are giving more for your trade" me- "that's ok, I will keep the car you don't have to take the trade -"we have to charge it because it is installed on the vehicle" me - paint protection for a car is not installed and if you have a theft protection remove it - as it's not wanted on this car -"we have to charge it because we have such small margins on the car"me -"Don't list a car at price where you don't make a profit The fact that they made a written deal, then pulled credit/applied on our behalf for that deal, then decided to add it back in after is absolutely inexcusable. -Deceitful -poor excuses -doesn't honor written agreements and adds additional costs after you apply
