    July 14 2023 i purchased a catalitic converter from **** at QBM autoparts he pointed it out to mi and said it cost 600 pay me in advance i will have ready for pick up tomorrow I went to pick it up the next day he said part is no longer available I requested a refund of my money he said no refund check in the mail went back following week to ask him for my money again he said i sent check im mail till this day I havent received my 600 dollars

    I haven't received any merchandise or refund after I Zelled them money weeks ago.Just lies and excuses. Very dishonest like their reviews.

    On 4/17/2023 I called to inquire about a *** part. They told me that they had the part and for me to come in. When I got there they told me a different story. They dont have the part, but could order it from out of state. They stated the part will be coming from ********* and will take 3-5 days. They would require full payment in cash only to order it. So I gave them $150 cash. One week goes by and I dont hear from them. So I called to get an update. They change their story again saying its coming from **** and its a shipping issue. Another 2 weeks go by and I dont hear anything. So I go back to the place to request a refund on 5/3/2023. The guy said he would refund me via check and mail it to me per their policy. Another week and a half goes by and I dont see the check. So I go back to the place again for the 3rd time on 5/12/2023 to request for a cash refund. The guy there pointed to a sign that noted, No refund, store credit only. My question is, how do you give someone store credit for a service or product that was never received? The tactic that this business is using to lure people in to give them money and then not deliver the service or product. Then point out the no refund policy. This is fraudulent, bad business practice and should be investigated. I would like my $150 cash back and would like to be compensated for the 3 times I had to drive back and forth to that place. $250 total reimbursement is expected. Also note BBB reports indicates this is not the first time this business has done this to someone. Thank you for your time.

    On 10/26/22 I bought a transmission from them I paid upfront as they requested. They said they would get the transmission in a couple of days and then I could pick it up when it come in. A month goes buy and still no transmission. I tried giving them more time to find a transmission. Another month goes by and still no transmission. Then I start asking for a refund, he kept saying ill give you a refund. I went there 3 times to pick up a refund and I would get the same story I have no money today I can either zelle you in a couple days or you can come pick up a cash refund the following day. I never ended up getting any money sent over from the owner. His excuse then was that someone else handles the refunds and they will send it once he stops driving. And this has been going on for about a month now. It was the same thing over and over and never got a refund. I told them that i am tired of their bs and reqested an exact time when they can send the refund. I was speaking loudly as 4 months have gone by and I still had no transmission or refund. At that point the owner **** told me that he can no longer give a refund and it will only be store credit, and hung up on me. I never even got any parts from them so I don't even understand how my refund can turn into store credit. Attached bellow is the invoice I got from them.

    i bought an engine from **** at QBM auto parts . he requested me to paid him $4000 in cash when driver deliver . when i got the engine all look good but we verified the engine and it off from an 2019 *** its dont fit into our 2017 *** . call **** and he admit send me the wrong one . he said send out an replacement next week which i m ok with it ,time goes by and still not received , keep calling **** at QBM and he said the driver on the way but day by day still not show up , he keep ignore my call and text . i would like just to get my refund back from these scam ***** .thx
