    Store ID : ***** trans # ******* I paid for gas at the pump and my miles after pumping gas were the same / didnt change at all . I brought this up to the employees they continued to blame my vehicle (2023 ******* as the issue and the fact I only put in 7$ . Amount or not the fuel should be real fuel . After this due to getting no fuel after paying for a gallon 1.12 I went to another gas station and put in my car after pumping their fuel my car had over 100 miles due to receiving fuel . I came back to the ampm to simply ask for my money back and both employees would not speak to me even upon proof of both reciepts . One employee even came to my car and saw there was still only 7 miles after the pump my car gets 28 MPG so I wouldve had at least 28 MPG in my tank . The pump has an issue the employees with not fix or refund the cash paid by the customer

    After hearing about this I contacted ******* and she send me copies of the receipt of the fuel she got at my gas station. I was able to call our pump tech and they came out and found nothing wrong with the dispenser on which she got fuel. I will be reaching out to her to give her the news. We have a strict no refund policy on fuel. If issues arise we will call a tech out and handle the situation accordingly.

    I am rejecting this response because: I simply just want my money back there was no need for any of this . I was not requesting a large amount of money or trying to scam anyone . I came to to employees with them trust of getting service and help and its been nothing but the opposite. The fuel did nothing as I advised the employees with proof . I understand it was a first time situation it does not give the company the right to take money after physically seeing somebody was not lying for this headache

    We had our pump shut down and called the service company. After testing the pump they were unable to find anything wrong with the pump. So unable to find anything wrong with the dispenser the company put it back in service. Out of good faith and after listening to inconvenience it caused her  we would like to offer ******* a full refund in the amount of $7.00. Thank have a great day.
