I am beyond pleased with my new back patio slider. Everyone I worked with were very professional and courteous. From the estimate I received from **** to the install completed by ****** and ***, this has been by far the best home improvement experience. I received phenomenal customer ********************** from start to finish. I highly recommend and will work with this company again when it's time to replace my other windows. Having had a very positive experience with Northwest Exteriors ***lacing windows and sliding doors recently, I approached them to discuss upgrading my HVAC system (life expectancy exhausted, I wanted to get rid of the obsolete system and get a heat pump).From the get-go, ***** (the sales *** who came to the house) made every effort to meet my needs AND wants within my budget and, ultimately, succeeded. Within barely more than a week, the new heat pump was installed and the old stuff was removed. ***** and his crew did a great job with the installation and cleaned up after themselves as if it were their own (or their Moms') home! And the new system is working well and, I hope, will cost much less to run than the old one.After two major projects successfully completed by Northwest Exteriors, I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to any/everyone elseeverything was VERY expensive, but they were big jobs that would have cost even more if done by other companies, with no guarantee of a job as well done as NW Exteriors.Northwest Exteriors, Inc. We had the best experience with Northwest Exteriors from dealing with ****, ************** in the ************** showroom to the day of installation of 8 new Anlin windows and sliding back door. The windows are beautiful and so is the back door. Weve already noticed the difference the new windows make. Its much quieter here inside our house and the temperature is much cooler.The installation crew of ****, **** and **** were very professional yet friendly and down to earth. They were very efficient and hard working and they did very well working in the extreme heat over 90 degrees. **** showed us how everything worked and he answered all of our questions. **** and *****Review from Linda F

Highest Recommendation!We just had them install a new 4 ton HVAC and retro fit vinyl windows/slider door. Great service from Rep *********************** (contact him directly) to measuring people to installers. Thank you ***********************, *****************, ****, ****, *****, *****, **** and all those behind the scenes who were a part of the projects. Respectful, patient, quality products, great experience all around.
