I dont usually write reviews, but today, we had a remodel consultation with Scenic Vanlife Rentals and Builds that astonished us. I honestly dont think I have ever EVER been treated to such a professional, ethical, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest business encounter in my entire life, and thats saying a lot; Im 73. We had an appointment with one person, but before we were done, an entire team of consultants offered their individual expertise. They researched options on the spot. They offered multiple solutions, and they were honest about what would and would not work, even if their honesty would cost them business. If something would take a long while, they said so. If it would cost a lot, they said so. If they didnt think it was a good idea, they said that too. All this was done with cordial cheerfulness. Every single person exuded competence and deep professional ability. It is clear that their employees are respected, and their expertise is valued. Their facility is state of the art, filling me with a sense of confidence that these folks dont do anything halfway. They do it right the first time. They dont cut corners. How I wish I had gone to them before I bought my van elsewhere; ****** learned. I could not recommend them more highly. Unbelievable service and integrity. Thank you Scenic Vanlife, for restoring my faith in the van industry.
