    February 7, 2024 - Business owner ******************************************* from So Cal Pacific Electrical & Lighting ************ *************************************, estimated my cost of communicated needs of service repairs including a full electrical upgrade for my 1950s 1200sft newly purchased home at $23,500.00, with a 2-week max **** for completion. Rendering results in damage to the entirety of my estate and newly purchased belongings. Trashing the value of my home with severe property damage to walls, cracked dealing, broken fixtures, poor assembly, and installation, and new plumbing issues alongside having no power for lighting in all bedrooms and hallways. Complaints of flickering and delay in powering on lights were submitted and ignored by ****** issues that followed were neglected with no response. On 4/22/24 contact, ****** confirmed 4/23/24, 8-10 am e.t.a for tech support, resulting in a no-show. ******'s choice of action communicates poor standards of bad business culture neglecting standards of priority and failed acknowledgment of responsibility of objections regarding the provided service. The main concern area where the electoral fire occurred was dismissed and disregarded, with a Confused response of What about the garage ?? ****** claims unsafe conditions restrict repair and no upgraded electoral status. Refusal of service to the hazard conditions it the main area of concern. Poor communication damage and cost of service, Matters are acts predigest to taking advantage of a single woman maintaining independence. Violations and escalation of existing condition issues violate my rights and integrity forcing loss of value to my home and property. Cost inflation for needs of job communicated in terms estimated had increased as extra service. No initial cost notice were given. Compared service cost estimates of $7,000. -$17,00 given quotes. Seeking repair for all damage caused by. service transitions. Please help restore conditions to as it was of satisfactory

     I am rejecting this response because:

    After 2 weeks of many failed attempts to contact and communicate with business owner *************************** of So Cal Pacific Electrical & lighting' resulted in actions involving an authorized third party who succeeded in making contact. Matters that kept me in the dark were communicated as a request for service on my behalf.
    The third week of May 2024 I received a phone call from ****** questioning what the problem is now?! Implying an inconvenience to service the electric interruption occurring in my home. He stated that we could not be doing the back-and-forth thing, driving to my location in the high desert, and doing so was a big inconvenience. Having to drive the Interstate 15 freeway up the hill through the ****** pass in traffic, takes time away from his busy business located down the hill. ****** just made a recent visit two weeks earlier to restore the bathroom and hallway lights that cut out the night his service job was finished. 
    ****** said he had been meaning to talk to me and requested for me to be present upon his arrival "so we could talk in person". After restoring power to the bedrooms and lighting to the back part of my home I happily thanked him for putting the light back into my life, 3 weeks of no lights in our bedrooms was stressful for my household. ****** commented that this type of thing should not be happening, considering all the electoral in the home is like brand new. In agreement with his comment, I mentioned the overpriced amount I paid for the service, and the inconvenience of still having the same interruptions of a power outage as I did before, made me feel the same way he expressed his feelings of time consumption inconvenience of traveling to service my home. 
      ****** confronted me about the complaint submitted to the BBB questioning my actions. He confirmed receiving the notice via email, I explained that ignoring my service request, not communicating, with no response not showing up as scheduled and having to use an authorized third party to make contact was a bit extreme. $28,000 is an extreme price to pay for the poor quality service his company provided. The type of warranty provided was as bad as the job they did in my home. ****** began to joke and down-talk his former employee assigned to work at my home, he mentioned that he had to fire him because of his sloppy work and had many other complaints about the unsatisfactory conditions resulting from assigned jobs "The man was a problem he had to get rid of, he's a liability to his company" wrapping it all into the reason of why it's ok for the poor conditions left behind in my home.
      Look I'm trying to run a business here, he says I have lots of good reviews on ******* I don't need any negative posts about my company. concerned about the public post having the complaint on his record setting a bad reputation. Then offered to reinverse me two-hundred and fifty dollars via Zelle, to remove the complaint and to do it as soon as possible. Expecting for me to immediately sit at my computer that very second to do so. Having other actions to tend to I told him when I have time, I would let him know. ****** said he would pay me $250. when I do and he would appreciate it. 
        Just a few days later my kitchen lights began to flicker, my washer shuts off locking my son's clothes in for 3 days. My cameras are off and online and my garbage disposal plug has no power. I'm forced to use an extension cord. A plug-out lit in my bedroom sparks and shorts anything that gets plugged in. 
    This time I called ****** answers, excited to hear if I was able to contact the BBB to remove the complaint. asking for my Zelle information to transfer the money offered. 
     I informed him of another issue with the power in my home. The situation was a big disappointment for both of us. I told him if he would come back to my home and make corrections to the poor conditions he man created in my home, I could consider doing it. but only if he fixes the wrong his work did to my home. Cutting me off and dismissing the call he ended our conversation with "I'll have to get back with you on that and was not sure he had time, but would let me know. Then calls back shortly after confirming Sunday for service, and never shows up or calls. Lying Ignoring and neglecting responsibilities is no way to run a business. 
    2nd update, I have a possible contamination in my home due to the lack of proper procedure methods, My family's health is compromised from work done by this company there was No testing for lead or asbestos before cutting into the house. I have a 1950s home and because of the year built this testing should have been done before they began work. The company came right in and created a dust storm in my house and garage. All my newly purchased items $90,000 car $23,000 Harley ********** and belongings are at risk of being trashed as well as the stricter components in my home. According to city hall, this is a big deal, I'm facing a possible investigation with the city and could be responsible for all costs. More importantly, the health of my family could be facing some serious transition. 
    All this has been discovered just today. The situation has put a lot of stress on my back. I also have to pay about $600 for the environment to test my home. as well as several other contractors needed for this job. If positive the life I have collected in my home will no longer exist. All will be lost at my expense. what a price to pay for hiring this man's company.

     I am rejecting this response because: So Cal ******** & Lighting were contracted because of an electoral fire that occurred in my garage. ***********; informed me that his guys were not able to do work in my garage because of safety reasons, he also mentioned additional cost for extra, all clearly communicated for needs for the job during the first consultation. The craftmanship is bad. please review the photo album attached. The assorted photos have dates starting and end to currant day. The currant conditions are faulty and unacceptable. YOURESPONCE HAVE NO CONCERN TO THE CONDITIONS OF MY COMPLAINT. THEIR ARE NO EXISTING ATTEMPTS TO INVESTIGATE THE END RESULTS IN DETAIL FOR CORRECTIONS. YOU TRASHED ALL MY NEW ITEMS IN MY NEW HOME. YOU DID NOT PRODUCE PROPER DOCUMINATIONS AS I REQWUESTED YOU DIOD NOT DO HALF OF WHAT YOU BILLED ME FOR. I BELIEVE THE RECORDS WILL SHOW THE BREACH OPF CONTRACT TERMS AND THE DAMMAGE. 

    ALSO DID YOU HAVE ANY TESTING FOR ASPESTOS BEFORER STARTING. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL DOCUMANIATION AND NOTES YOU HAVE FOR MY PERSONIAL RECORDS. THEIR IS THE MATTER OF MISSITING ITEMS, THE EXTRA WORKERS ADDED TO THE EXTENTION IN NEGLECTFUL COMPLEATION AT 2 WEEKS TOPS TO 8 WEEKS. HALFDAYS NO SHOW NO CALL. TERMINATING AND REHIRE OF EMPLOYEES. THE FIRE AREA IS A FIRE RISK YOU SAID YOU DID NOT HAVE TIME TO DO , BECAUSE OF ***** HAZORDS.  YOURB GUYS FALLING NOT PROPERLY COMPLEATING A REWIRE FOR MY INTIRE HOME PUTS MY FAMILYS LIFE AT RISK. YOU NRGLECT TO ACCEPT MY OFFER FOR CORRECTIONS BLAMING MY APPLIANCE ARE BAD. YOU SAID A MICROWAVE WAS BURNT OUT. IT WAS NOT THE WIREING. NEW UPDATE IT WORKS NOW! THE PROBLEMS ARE WAT TO MANY ITS OVERWHELMING. YOUR ONLY OFFER WAS$250 REFUND TO REMOVE THE COMPLAINT WE ARE EXPERIANCEING NOW. TO SAVE THE REPUTATION OF YOUR COMPANY.
