  I began planet fitness a month prior to a cancellation I had requested. An employee, very friendly began to explain to me, that unless i pay a annual fee of 56 dollars, that the gym membership would continue as before and I would have to pay the following months as a consequence of not paying the annual fee.. I had explained to him that this was not possible because I was leaving to a new home that day and I needed it cancelled immediately. I asked if my mom could come back later and pay it and he said yes and wrote a note to give her permission on my account. I had ended up canceling going to this new home and my mom told me she never paid so I could continue the membership. One of the managers, very rudely and extremely indifferent to me, as a customer, told me my mom paid it. That ended up being a lie. He also said that despite that, I already had paid the month, which the other employee told me I was entitled to eve after a final cancellation. He told me ****** that I can't come back to finish the month I already paid for. He also told me that even though, what he further explained to me was not a annual fee but a cancellation fee, my membership was already cancelled. Which according to another planet fitness I called they said that was odd. These employees for some reason began to harass me by always cleaning while I showered and made me feel uncomfortable. This would be typical whether I came a lot 4 am 2 am 1 am. They would be faithfully making me uncomfortable and I always felt like they would makes jokes about ****** incident involved the shower going cold after 15 min. The showers took 7-8 min to get **** warm. And I asked if they did it and they explained to me no. Then fixing it immediately after I complained. Today I spoke with an employee and without giving her my information just first name she said my fee was paid for by the gym. I believe this is due to being homeless. I would like this to be settled I believe this is a real case of harassmen
