This company stole my money after i deleted my account. They still will not delete my account information. They also claim i owe $1,700 to AFC even though i did not opt for that coverage. i was never told about the $1,700. I want the $1,700 they claim i owe deleted. i never even used this financial service. i deleted the service before the first monthly payment. Yet they took the monthly payment weeks after cancellation. Now, they think i owe $1,700 to another company. i never authorized or was aware of this term. They also claim that i signed a contract but have never seen the contract and they will not send it to me.

On the 15th of each month American Pacific Financial Services Corp auto drafts $140.00 from my ********** checking account to pay for the services they are providing to pay down 2 of my credit cards. They solicited me and I agreed to let them help me however I can no longer their services and will take the risk of my 2 accounts, Capitol 1 and Mercury credit cards, going to collections because at this time I am struggling to keep my rent, electricity, car note and insurance and my cell bill paid. I called on 05/13/2024 to request that they not autodraft my account on 05/15/2024 because it would leave me short the money needed to pay other bills and the person I spoke to, ***** ID 1722, told me that it was too late to stop the autodraft for 05/15/2024 but that he could request that they not autodraft for the 06/15/2024 payment but would start the autodraft again on 07/15/2024. ***** ID 1722 told me that I could not stop their services or withdraw from their program. None of the other agents that I have spoken to have ever told me that I could not withdraw from the program. They did tell me that if I withdrew from their program that my interest rates would go back up on the balance owed on the credit cards. I am not financially able to use APFSC's services at this time. I have to keep a home, electricity, car, insurance for the car and a phone. I will have to deal with things like these accounts when I am back in a good financial position. I sent an email to their customer service department requesting that they withdraw me from their program effective immediately however they have not replied to that email which was sent on Monday 05/15/2024. Is there anything that you can do to assist me in cancelling my involvement with this program?

I consolidated my DEBT with another company and this company purchased the debt. Not all my payments have been paid to the credit card I consolidated with them. On December 28th, 2023 they randomly withdrew $19.00 out of my account. No explanation, my payments are $130.00 to be taken on the 17th of each month. I have been calling the company since 12/20/23, haven't been able to talk to anyone or get anyone to return my phone call.

    Dear ******************,

It looks like the two $19.00 charges were for NSF fees that had not been charged for the month of October 2023 & November 2023.The contract states that when a client NSF the monthly payment, there is a $19.00 NSF fee that is charged as the bank charges us. I see that on February 29th, 2024, customer service reached out to you as well as March 26th customer service returned your call.  I am sorry if you felt like you could not get in touch with us. We try and return all calls within 24 hours.

     Thank you,

This company has two cards listed on my debt reduction portfolio that should not be. I originally entered into credit counseling with ******** last August (2022). In September of 22, before all the creditors had responded one way or another to their proposals, I began paying them $327 a month through automatic withdrawal. I informed Meredian by email September 15 2022 that *********** rejected the proposal, and asked when the recurring withdrawal would be updated to remove the cards not in the program. Mercury Mastercard also rejected their proposal. APFSC bought the servicing of my debt. I have 8 different cards in their debt relief program, and the 6 cards that accepted the program have greatly reduced interest rates, smaller payments due monthly, and I no longer have use of the cards. The two cards that rejected the plan continue at 27 to 33% interest, regular payments due, and I continue to have use of them. I called APFSC last month and was told of Mercury Mastercard, "it says here they accepted the plan". (They did NOT, obviously. I am attaching my June card statement.) He said "it says here *********** has you on an internal payment plan". (They sure do, it's called monthly billing. See attached June statement.) If APFSC would remove these two cards that are not in their program, it would drop my APFSC monthly withdrawal by $40, and I could pay these card statements in a different pay period, or using a different bank account, which would be helpful. Right now APFSC pays a partial payment on the *********** and the Mercury cards, and that is supposed to be the entire amount due. It is not, shown by the payment being made by APFSC compared to the billing statements. All I want are the $22 and $19 monthly charges for these 2 cards removed from my recurring withdrawal. I do not dispute the fees outlined in the contract or the cards that are legitimately in the relief program. 3 messages in the client portal have been ignored.

    ********,

According to our records ******** called in to cancel based on the fact She is unable to cover her bills and mortgage. She would rather risk having her cards go to collections than lose her home. We let her know that we could defer payments temporarily, but she requested to cancel.  We have cancelled your program.
