    MY SON WAS BEIN HARASSED BY AN OLDER ADULT AND NO ONE DID ANYTHING TO HELP. I WENT UP TO THE MANAGER HE SAID HE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING AND THEY WERE JUST LOOKING AT THE LADY SAYING BAD WORDS TO A MINOR. SHE ALMOST HIT MY SON AND I CALL MY SELF POICE FOR HELP. THIS PLAYS IS FOR KIDS THEY SHOULD DO SOMETHING WHEN AN INCIDENT HAPPENS AND TAKE CARE OF THE SITUATION. THEY PROBABLY DIDN'T HELP BECAUSE THE LADY WAS BLACK TRYING TO FIGHT A KID AND MY SON IS LATINO. I WILL TAKE FUTHER ACTION THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. THERE WAS A NICE COUPLE THAT STAYED WITH ME AND MY SON INTO WE GOT IN OUR CAR. I REALLY THANK THEM FOR BEING THERE HELPING MY SON TO CALM DOWN AND NOT BE AFRAID OF THE BAD LADY.

    I have had gastric bypass. My stomach can only hold about 1/2 cup of food. I have a medical card from my doctor stating such for me to use a restaurants to get the kids price. I've gone to JIP before and used it. Yesterday I went for my niece's 4th birthday. I was told that they would not honor my medical card because the $17.99 was an "admission fee", not a buffet fee. This is ridiculous!!! It is for the buffet, that's why the price is different for young kids, older kids, adults, and seniors. Because it was for a birthday, I begrudgingly paid and ate 1/2 piece of not-so-incredible pizza... for $17.99!!!! You need to change your "new" policy! If a person has a medical condition with a medical card stating so, you should accommodate!

    John's Incredible Pizza Company has been in business since 1997 and has always had an admission policy that a paid admission is required of any person entering store other than infants under the age 2 with a paid accompanying adult. Our admission price is not based upon how much you will eat but is based upon age, similar to other amusement or entertainment venues. We have a uniform policy of charging admission based upon age and not food consumption so it is fair and equitable to all people that come in. Our Endless Buffet is included with the paid admission but is not required to be consumed. If a guest was given a discounted rate on a prior visit, that was not following our store policy of a consistent price for admission. We hope that explains our pricing policy.

    Bad experience food was gross very hot in there games had throw up on them there was electric wires coming out of them they should be shut down and I have pictures to prove it

    We received comments from the guest directly and our **************** spoke to the guest. They requested a large amount of free passes, which is beyond our limit of how many free items we can provide. Although the guest wanted the passes, they then indicated they never want to return now. We thanked her for the feedback and will look into the claims they made about cleanliness, games working, and food preparation. Our **************** and ***** Services is committed to making sure we deliver a better experience.

    I visited the ********* location on 7/23/22 the one on ****************. Terrible experience! There was no food I had to wait over an hour just to make a salad. There are young kids that work there and just stand around and act like they dont know whats going on or what to do. There was a manager there and it was his first day ( I asked the cashier who he was and she said she didnt know, i asked her how long she been working here and she said 4 months but didnt know who the supposed manager was) there was no cups, no ice cream. I asked to speak to manager and informed him that he should let people know before paying that there is no food out and that they are short staffed ( thats the reason I was told why there was no food out). However I was given a partial refund (I got refunded for admission) I went and sat down and let my son continue to spend his tickets on his pass when I was told by one of the young works that the manager said we have to leave because we got a refund. I asked the work how come the manager didnt come tell us this and why I wasnt told this at time I was given the refund. I told the employee to ask he manager to come over here and talk to us because we still have tickets to spend. The employee went to get the manager and the manager never came to the table. I was in complete awe that the manager didnt say anything to me and didnt come to table to talk to us. Just very unprofessional of the management team that was working this day

    We came in town straight to ****** in ********** from ********** to have terrible customer service buffet pretty empty food everywhere. When we sat down tables had everyone's plates still on it napkins and food on the floor. It was my daughter's b day I paid for 7 fun cards and the kids played a total of 2 games. Because every game was broke. They said no to refunding me my money for the cards. So we left with very sad kids. The employees looked like they didn't even want to be there. Very disappointing and filthy place

    My family and purchased the Spring Fun Passes and we went to John's Incredible Pizza in Riverside on March 23rd. Almost every game was either not working or broken. We ate at the Pizza buffet and all 3 of us got food poisoning. My son missed school, my wife and I missed work. It was the worst experience at any establishment. We called customer service to report of our experience and get a refund. We did not hear back from anyone after a week and we called again. Another week goes by, still nothing, they just have the notes from my visit and that I called. After the 3rd week and 3rd time calling customer service, they were surprised that the Manager Rosaldo did not return any calls or messages. I was finally able to talk to an Assistant Manager ***** who finally contacted corporate. And she did not issue any kind of refund back to us based on corporates response. After almost a month of calling back every week and trying to get a refund or even any kind of call from someone in charge, they are not willing to get me a refund. Do not go to this location. Almost every game is broken, the food got us sick, the bathrooms were disgusting and the staff are not helpful at all.
