            Ban the game account for no reason, disrespect the player's game data, request to unblock the game account I was shocked and heartbroken when I tried to log in to Apex, a game owned by EA, on April 10, 2023, but the apex game prompted me to be banned from the game! I'm really sorry for what happened and there was nothing I could do to stop it. But when I checked my EA data carefully, I found that an IP that does not belong to me has logged into my account. I suspect my account has been hijacked and logged in by someone else. I guess this is the reason for the game ban, I have attached a screenshot of the game data logging ip address. At the same time, through the screenshots of the game battle data I provided, it can be seen that my game data is very average, because I did not cheat at all, otherwise my data may be better. After this game is banned, I have changed my email address and account password. My account is safe. I think I may have been stolen by hackers. During the theft, I was cheated by hackers and my game was banned. However, the official answer given by ea is: cheating was discovered through investigation, and we cannot provide Any details about our internal procedures. I think your company discriminates against ** Asians to a certain extent and doesn't give the right reasons at all. As a game consumer, I have registered an account and played this game since 2019. Due to age restrictions, I cannot recharge the game amount. When I started to consume the game as an adult, it was prompted that my account was banned
