The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.
On July 18, 2023, Rejuvica LLC and owners, Kyle Armstrong and Kyle Dilger entered into a Stipulation as to Entry of Order For Permanent Injunction, Monetary Relief and Other Relief with the Federal Trade Commission. The Order settles allegations that the business made deceptive alcohol cravings and consumption claims, false proof claims, deceptive formatted advertising, and deceptive endorsements. Under terms of the order, the business is prohibited from making any unsubstantiated claims about health care products or services, as well as require them to pay $650,000 for monetary relief.
On November 7, 2024, The Federal Trade Commission announced they will be sending refund checks to 56,686 consumers who purchased supplements marketed as a way to reduce or eliminate alcohol cravings and consumption. Recipients should cash their checks within 90 days, as indicated on the check. Consumers who have questions about their payment should contact the refund administrator, Analytics, at 844-716-5800 or visit the FTC’s website to view frequently asked questions about the refund process.
This action is final.
