    Since October 2022 I have ordered 22 items from *****. I was reluctant at first, the price seemed too good to be true, but the transaction went perfectly. I've had ptoblems with 3 orders, large heavy items with shipping damage. In each case a call to **************** resolved the issues immediatly to my complete satisfaction. I have nothing but praise for this company. They have treated me well and I will continue to trade with them.

    I ordered 3 boxes of 42" cable railing posts from *****. One box came this 36" posts rather than the 42" posts I had ordered. I have been trying for a week to get Vevor to replace the box that was shipped in error. After 4 days, they admitted their mistake and offered to compensate me 50% of what I paid. I told them I wasn't interested in being compensated, I just wanted to receive what I ordered. So far, they have refused to replace the product they shipped in error. The same products are available elsewhere from reputable companies that will make things right when a mistake is made.

    I have had a nightmare experience with Vevor. I ordered a honey extractor -- a centrifuge -- that was electrically dead on arrival. I chatted up the representatives online, who seemed to have great difficulty located the team that could address my issue. I asked if I could simply invoke my no-hassle 30 day right of return. One has the sense that the chatters are all highly skilled in the run-around. We have locate the team who can deal with you. The days drag on and no one has been located. I think I have been had -- I was tempted by low price and am now paying the price. A completely hideous consumer experience.

    NOT HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS ! Customer service reps will lie , deceive you and they say let me talk to my supervisor but won't let you talk to him/her. What products that come from China is HIGH QUALITY at a cheap price. I bought a mig welder with a faulty part , can't get a replacement part. So I have a non-usable NEW PRODUCT from Vevor ordered in California worthless. CUSTOMER WARNING Your choice , China or LOCAL USA.

    I spent $1525 on an ice machine. Never received it. Told VISA during dispute it was delivered and they sent “documentation”. Then sent me a refund confirmation. Guess what. Still no refund.

    I have no words for this company. If I had the option to give zero stars, I would’ve not gave it any stars. As a recent employee worst experience ever the HR lady Alicia is very rude and her decision was unfortunate with me. It doesn’t make any sense that she would let me go for no reason without telling it to my face, so I could’ve took my stuff the same day I find it very unfortunate of Alicia to have such poor management and service. I also do believe that this company should not be open any longer due to poor management and horrible customer service to their customers

    I am truly amazed at how unprofessional this company has treated me as a paying customer. Let me break it down for you. I found this company online at http://www.vevor.com and decided to purchase a 29 inch griddle from them for $179.99 on March 29, 2022. I received the product 3 days later on April 2nd 2022. I opened the box and saw that it does NOT have an electrical connection I can plug into my wall to use it so I then tried to call their customer support number but no one answers and all of your voicemails are full. I sent an email to "customer support" (with pictures of the grill, still in the box they mailed it in) explaining what happened and asked to return the product because I can NOT use it and simply asked for my money back...Their website literally says that they offer 30 Day FREE RETURNS. I took a screenshot, but I can't share it here. It is now April 9 (12 days since purchase) and they're telling me that I need to pay to ship it back. The grill weighs close to 50 lbs so it will cost me at least another $50 to ship it back to them. Grill price $179.99 + $50 shipping to return it = $229.99 for a grill that I can NOT plug in ... or use. After I mail it back, They said its my responsibility to track the package until they receive it. Once I see that they've received it, they're saying its my responsibility to email them to get my refund, minus $50?? I have no idea what the $50 is for? I NEVER TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX!! All I was asking was for this company to the right thing and refund me the FULL AMOUNT of $179.99 but they wont even do that. I can honestly say this is the WORST experience Ive ever had purchasing anything in my entire life...and Im a very laid back, easy-going person. They have forced me into a corner to where the only financially inteligent thing for me to do is to keep the grill and accept their offer of $60...so I will. This company is a SCAM...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
