Very professional and got the job done. ********, from City First Electric, arrived on schedule. He tested the wires to my doorbell and found the problem. Made the repair and was finished within half an hour. City First Electric was sent by American Shield Warranty to give a second opinion on the repair. ******, from ****** Electric, was originally sent out for the repair. He spent time checking the house for the transformer. Couldn't find it and left. My claim was denied by American Shield Warranty.based on ****** Electric and paid based on City First Electic estimate.Review from Michael M

******************, we've received your work order from American Home Shield. However, before proceeding with any repairs, we need to request authorization from your home warranty. Please note that your home warranty has already denied your claim based on the policy you have. Additionally, the booster fan you mentioned is not covered under the American Home Shield warranty policy. Furthermore, as depicted in the provided picture, the booster fan you have is already broken into two parts. If you have any questions regarding coverage in your policy, please consult your home warranty provider. You are free to seek a second opinion from them as well.Review from Ken C

Attempted to turn simple repair into an expensive job. AHS sent them to replace a ceiling fan chain that had broken. Since the tech didn’t have the part he offered to get me a new fan after getting approval. Contacted by AHS days later that they would only provide a fan after I agreed to the installation of a jbox which would cost me $375:00. I paid $75:00 for the call and over $800:00 yearly to AHS for insurance. I would like a refund
