            September 22nd, 2022. I made a reservation through the wyndham system and got confirmations via email. After I checked into the hotel they changed my rate and ended up charging me around $25 more per night. Than during my stay there was a flood in the room above me and my bathroom was raining in it. Manager wiped it up with a filthy towel and left with out saying another word or changing my room due to the flooding. This felt disgusting and unsanitary and water was still in the bathroom light.

            we were able to fix the mistakes on the room rate of ******************************* on 9/22/2022 stay for the 2nts, 82.26 + tax = ***** for each night, two sperate refunds for $15.57 totaling to $31.14 were refunded to his credit card, also he has 3 more reservations coming in on 10/14/2022, 10/21/2022 and 11/5/2022 are all set for a discounted rate of ***** + tax/ night for a queen **** also ******* has reached out to him for a free **** wyndham reward point. 
            we want to take this opportunity and sincerely apologize for his experience at the hotel and with his rates of the room and
