    On 11.02.2022 I signed a 1 year renewable contract with this company for their fitness classes to be charged $39 per week for the duration of the 1 year. My contract stipulates that you must send written notice 30 days before the renewal date, which was 11.08.23, in order for the contract to be cancelled and not renewed. On 10.03.23 I sent written notice to please close out my account after my final payment at the 1 year contractual obligation. The business responded acknowledging receipt of this. The last payment should have been 11.01.23, yet Im still being charged and have been charged on 11.08.23 and 11.15.23. *** made 4 separate attempts to call the business and emailed twice. The first time I called, I spoke to someone that told me to send an email. The other 3 times I called nobody answered the phones. Ive yet to receive any responses from my most recent emails on 11.16.23 and 11.18.23. I want to add that I am currently traveling outside the country in ***** and Ive always made attempts during normal business hours in the US. I want to try to resolve this before I return home because it will be another few weeks and by then I will have been charged 2-3 more times.

    Hi ******,

    We called and spoke to ************************* and I went over the requirements for the cancellation. Turns out she did write an email and gave a 30 day notice for her contract to not be renewed. We went ahead and finalized the cancellation. 

    In conclusion,  Membership was cancelled. This issue was taken care of.
