  I stayed at the Motel 6 in ******************* on ************* for multiple nights. I checked in on July 31 and I extended my stay and ended up checking out on August 2. There were multiple horrible experiences that I encountered in this time. The first thing was that the first room that they gave me had cockroaches and the air conditioner did not work. I complained to the front desk, four times and the employee just kept telling me no the air conditioner works. Theres nothing we can do. That was the first night. I stayed there the second day I stayed there. I had my son and his mom come to visit. This is the first time that I was able to see my son in a month Was very important to me. I went to the front desk again and I told them I refused to stay in the room with no air conditioner and insisted that they change my room finally changed my room to room 221 at first. It didnt seem that bad the air conditioner worked so I was happy about that , I immediately noticed that the bathroom door was completely broken and if closed all the way, it was nearly impossible to open with the handle since I had a two year old toddler with me I had to make sure that he didnt get stuck and locked into the bathroom. I immediately let the front desk know about the issue as usual. They said there was nothing they could do all of this not that big of a deal, the worst and most horrifying thing was next to come as I was in the bathroom I noticed coming out of the wall of the bathroom there were literally hundreds if not thousands of baby cockroaches running around I was horrified and disgusted. I immediately took my wife and child out of the room and went to the front desk and showed them the video I had taken of all the cockroaches , I filed a complaint with corporate and received an email in response saying that I had trashed the room and broken the bathroom door. They made no mention of the infestation of cockroaches and no resolution was provided. I need my money back.

  The guy mess hall damage of $500 that reason doing this there was not found anything in the room roaches.

  I made reservations at motel 6 and I discovered that they were infected with bedbugs and roaches and old mattress the room was infected with bedbugs and I discovered that the entire building is infected with bedbugs and roaches This motel 6 need to have an expection as soon as possible I was treated unfairly and my family were treated unfairly as well I had my two sons and my 2 grandbabies with me.The front desk clerk threatened to call the police on me because I was trying to make sure I was not bringing bugs with us.I wish someone would expect motel 6 and close the building until they fix the problems there.Thank you ***********************
